Axios reports Roseinstein verbally resigned to Kelly

How can you do a verbal resignation

Doesn't a resignation usually involve a written document of some kind and then in this case Sessions would be the one to accept or reject

Is the president also empowered to accept a resignation

I suppose a president could

Was the verbal just a heads up

Supposedly Rosenstein resigned in anticipation of being fired

Interesting if true

Wayne, Sessions is also under pressure to resign, and he w0uld probably try to talk him out of it.

Kelly wouldn't.
