The strongest tornado, an F4, hits Van Wert, Ohio, during the early to mid afternoon and destroys a movie theater, which had been evacuated.

Update on the article above. The tornado count is currently just above the record low for November 10th.

If there are less than 22 tornadoes between now and the rest of the year, then 2018 will be the year with the least tornadoes since records have been kept.
