The news is bullish.  Any deal, strong or weak for the U.S. should be bullish in that businesses can better plan their paths.  It will be interesting to see if Lighthizer presses for a tough deal vs Trump, who surely wants a deal.

What I am more interested in, is how the market acts.  Does it give up the morning gains?  Does it hold?  Does it extend the gains?  Bullish action is bullish etc, etc...

I'm short 2786, risking the highs.  Bullish news, poor action.  It's also a 39 day Low - Low - High coming in today.
