Isn't it amazing what political cartoons can reveal.....................about the cartoonist and their political bias and the people that like them the most.

This one was probably one of your favorites(if you saw it).

Trump-Nazi parallel is, sadly, all too real

No laughing matter when KAL cartoon refers to Nazis

This has been debunked for so long and for so many times that I am absolutely astounded that anyone would still be using it as an example of how "stupid" republicans are. Even Snopes calls BS on this one but there are literally dozens of fact checkers who have done the same.

This is what happens when you have non critically, cult like thinking people just looking for anything of the internet to support what they "know" they know.

The internet provides an unlimited supply of fake news, manufactured news, twisted and spun news to satiate the biased desires of those that use it, not for enlightenment to discover objective truths and to get an education but instead for feeding whatever their close minded belief system is.

This is why it's been so easy to hijack climate science with a bunch of ludicrous, manufactured facts. Once people are convinced of a climate crisis............you got em because of their cognitive bias.

https://www.marketforum.com/forum/topic/28034/

The justification for a climate crisis is completely obliterated by the real climate science that instead, shows we are having a climate optimum but that matters not to the millions of minds that, long ago decided there IS a climate crisis.

This cognitive bias disables the rational, logical and critically thinking mind so it only believes what it has decided already to believe in (on the same level of believing in gravity).  People that believe in the climate crisis have a similar faith as to their faith in the principles that define gravity or the earth being round............because they were TAUGHT that people like me(deniers of the real science) believe the earth is flat or the moon landing was faked  and THEIR belief system is the enlightened one.  This is how cults brainwash their followers.

https://www.marketforum.com/forum/topic/28112/

You will note that the majority of the climate science discussions started here were from climate crisis believers posting an article loaded with climate crisis propaganda that, would go scientifically unchallenged if not for the moderator being an atmospheric scientist for the past 37 years, with all the authentic data/science.

Every one of those discussions were wonderful to have.............which is why I organized them and put them together in one place as a resource for those that want to learn authentic climate science/change.

In all fairness,  with Trump's track record,  almost any quote attributed to him may appear credible at first glance..  And there are those who have capitalized on that, the above meme is a great example. I find myself believing almost anything until I have verified otherwise. But I fact check almost everything on the net today, especially if I plan on "sharing". .

That being said, this specific meme has been posted here on the forum more than once and debunked each time

Obama was probably really stoned when he said that.

Trump has demonstrated over and over that he values loyalty above all else.  More important than competence.  More important than integrity.  More important than the constitution.

"Is he on the team?"

"Can you let up on General Flynn?"

"I fired Comey because of the Russia investigation."

"Why isn't Sessions defending me?"

All in plain sight.

With regards to the Obama quote on Trump:

"Barack Obama once wrote that becoming Donald Trump was the American dream."

Rating

   https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/obama-trump-american-dream/

Mixture

About this rating

Very strangely Snopes does not actually furnish what the quote was from Obama's book, which one would think is the most important item an  objective source would provide( objective is not a quality of Snopes even though I agree with their half true rating)

Other sources do have the quote:

Obama once invoked Trump's success as example of American dream

https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/333358-obama-equated-trumps-success-to-the-goal-of-the-american-dream-as-law

"I may not be Donald Trump now, but just you wait; if I don't make it, my children will,” reads a line in the paper titled “Race and Rights Rhetoric,” Obama authored with his friend Robert Fisher.

metmike: So the meme quote with Obama's picture shown here is sort of misrepresented. because he didn't say "The American Dream is to be Donald Trump" but apparently, he did say something similar to that 3 decades ago.............and so what?

I wonder if Trump has compiled an enemies list like Obama, Nixon and Sheldon Cooper?
