Humans have very little hair compared to other primates. Researchers believe humans have evolved this feature because 1) it made it easier to forage for food in shallow water, 2) it helped humans lose heat faster on the hot savannas, and 3) it helped reduce the number of parasites on the body.

And we wear clothes....  Is it why we have less hair, or because we have less hair...

We lost a great opertunity for social intrraction with members of the opposite sex, since primates spend lots of time removing parasites from each other ... and of course eating them.

So many replies leap. LEAP I tell you,  to the forefront of my brain.  What's left of it assures me it's best to wait for the  light of day. Discretion is often the better part of valor.
