Upcoming EIA Storage Data Seen as Pivotal; June Natural Gas Called Near Even

June natural gas was set to open Wednesday close to even at around $2.833/MMBtu as analysts see the bulls running up against resistance ahead of a potentially pivotal Energy Information Administration (EIA) storage report Thursday.

The speculation is that it will be a triple digit increase.  If not, could be bullish with the hot weather that is coming.

Agree that if its under 100 bcf and we still have all this heat coming, it would be pretty bullish!


Weather models and forecasts change often and sometimes quickly but its hard to imagine that the pattern is going to change enought to feature widespread  below normal temperature for a long time.
