Do you still think bonds have reached a top and why

I think USA bonds will go lower but I await your thinking

I can see no reason to agree with you

I think that the USA is going to have a war with Iran and that such a war will send oil to $250/Barrel and that this will cause the type of inflation that will crush the bond market and send bonds towards ZERO.

I won't argue with you about Iran but I sure hope nothing that drastic happens

The domestic oil fracking industry is experiencing heavy BK, as drillers can no longer kick the can down the road

I have no idea how long it would take for domestic production to kick into gear, nor do I know how long to get heavy crude from Canada to the refineries

Iran is one hot spot.

It seems the Hong Kong issue has boiled over into Canada. The Hong Kong embassy and the Chinese embassy are in close proximity. The young chinese people in Canada see what is so different [and better] in the West compared to communist china and are protesting in front of both embassies

So: With various hot spots around the world we are always a touch of the button away from disaster

I can now understand your thoughts, but I hope you are wrong
