Last Friday, school kids across the US were encouraged to participate in Climate Change protests.
Their efforts were not in vain!... at least, not out here in Los Angeles.
Last Friday, temps were in the 90s, and now, just a few days later, we are enjoying temps in the 70s

There are some that used to joke about "The Gore Effect" because of several times that a Gore visit or a global warming conference would occur during extreme cold or snow.
It was obviously a joke, even though it upset some people.
