He would establish distribution of free heroin for Vancouver junkies. As in free legal tax payer funded heroin for Vancouver junkies

The only up shot I see is no more need for B & E in the rest of Canada to feed a habit. Just figgger out a way to travel to Vancouver. Do I think they will hand out free bus tickets. Would not surprise me as somebody will cry discrimination of location. Why should Vancouver get all the free stuff. Vancouver already has safe places with free needles
