When questioned, a NYC official stated that they look forward to working with other municipalities to  help solve this problem.  Of course,  they haven't mentioned it to the other municipalities. 

This is an example of liberal GoodThink...  And no,  I am not making this up and it's not satire.

Don't know of any laws on the books,  tho there should be.   Of course,  it would be difficult to enforce.  Give someone a bus ticket and wish them on Bon Voyage..  How can the people on the other end stop you.

I just don't know how you can do that with any kind of a clear conscience...   But then,  New York liberal thinking has been foreign to me my whole life.  

It's just so wrong on so many levels.
