Recession

In my post re:Hong Kong I suggested we may be headed for a rrecrssion. I would think if there is a recession it will be world wide. I hate to even mention depression

What are the chances the USA economy survives and does reasonably well up until the 2020 election

I would give it a less than 50/50 considering the USA and china control or influence so much of world trade

And if more tariffs, then that puts us at even more risk of a recession

I don't think the USA or china economy can survive until 2020 election with out economic problems surfacing, considering all that has happened and what may happen, going forward
