These 3 ladies are competing in the acrobatic gymnastics world competition in 2010. The amount of training these women must do has to be super exhausting. The girl on the bottom has to have enough strength to hold two women. The girl in the middle has to have not only strength but also extreme flexibility. Finally, the girl on top requires so much core strength and balance. This definitely something that we don’t recommend doing if you aren’t properly trained.
