So Trump just jumped all over Pelosie asking what she was doing in Ukraine leading an investigation into enegy issues and then her son is on the board of directors of another energy Co. different from Biden

this is exactly why they are rushing to put the spotlight on Trump.. if Trump had not stuck his nose into these affairs, the public would have known nothing about their alleged dealings in the Ukraine...."therefore, let's blame Trump for what we did (quid pro quo), and the focus will shift from us to Trump".
Now, since quid pro quo did not work out, they quickly found something else... and they will continue to keep the pressure and spotlight on Trump.... not only because of the upcoming election, but also to divert attention from their own alleged wrong-doings.
...and let's not forget... the name Kerry was also mentioned.
