Read and learn about history. Pick out a good one.

2017 – Over 400 cities across America and 160+ countries worldwide participate in a large-scale women's march, on Donald Trump's first full day as President of the United States.

The Women's March[13][14][15][a] was a worldwide protest on January 21, 2017, the day after the inauguration of President Donald Trump. Tensions rose due to his statements, considered by many as anti-women or otherwise offensive.[13][19] It was the largest single-day protest in U.S. history.[20] The goal of the annual marches is to advocate legislation and policies regarding human rights and other issues, including women's rights, immigration reform, healthcare reform, reproductive rights, the environment, LGBTQ rights, racial equality, freedom of religion,[21] workers' rights and tolerance. According to organizers, the goal was to "send a bold message to our new administration on their first day in office, and to the world that women's rights are human rights".

Women's March: Thousands protest against Donald Trump

Thousands of women have slammed the US president's assault on reproductive rights, climate change and immigration. One protester called Trump the "biggest bully in the world."

metmike:

1. All science tells us that life begins at conception.  President Trump is pro life but of course this will cause protesting from those that don't want to acknowledge science/biology on this.

2. Climate change is now "womens rights" ?  Hugh? There is no climate crisis/emergency. We are having the best weather/climate for life in the last 1,000 years on this greening planet. We are having a climate optima. President Trumps position, withdrawing from the CLimate Accord was one of the smartest but unpopular things a president has ever done. It's the best one for science, for the US and for the planet. His position represents the truth. Let the fraud about CO2 go away so that we can focus our efforts on the real, numerous environmental problems........instead of wasting trillions of dollars and resource to battle something that is good. Protesting a person for making a smart decision is absurd.

3. President Trumps position, that immigrants living in this country should be LEGAL immigrants is a good position.

Is this defending President Trump?

The first 2 items are just irrefutable science, whether it comes from Donald Trump or not. The 3rd one just makes sense. I am all for increasing immigration and increasing humanitarian aid to  other countries. However, we need to have laws in our country to insure that the immigration is legal.
