Milder temps on most solutions overnight but they couldn't keep ng down. The lows may be in.............although there still is another Arctic blast before the milder temps get here that may be why we can't go lower. 


HUGE rains coming to Argentina the next several days with high confidence.  They progress to S.Brazil early next week(with lesser amounts as they go north)
