It's not over (at least as of Tuesday it wasn't). Managed money pushed their outright long positions in CBOT #wheat futures & options to yet ANOTHER record of 143,987 contracts in the week ended Feb. 18. Net long jumped by nearly 19k contracts to 64,715.
