this made me think....

conspiracy theorists often claim that the "globalists" are trying to make the population of the US dumber, so that the People can be controlled easier at a later time, They point at the deteriorating standards of our educational system, and other examples, to proof their point.

Reading about this beer poll, I am starting to wonder....maybe those conspiracy theorists are on to something.
