From previous post I have predicted a depression

All that aside

I wonder how this virus will affect our lives in general, a month from now, 6 months, a yr or more??

Not our persnal life, although I do think about that a lot

What I also wonder is how will our country respond, when life resumes some kind of normalcy

What will the unemployment numbers be

How many businesses will disappear

How many Co.'s large and small will be permantely crippled

Will we see a rash of BK

Will new business emerge as we decide to not be so dependant on foreign sources of goods

Will the gov't encourage domestic production of goods or will cheapest price still be most important

Will our health care system change

Will the Fed effectively nationalize the country by buying up most of the stks

Will congress pump money into the economy in an effort to put money into households

What will the deficit look like in say end of 2021

So many questions, and here I am trying to chart a coarse so that our farm family survives

We could have 3.00 cash corn CAD or??

Do we meet our expenses for the yr

How do the unemployed adjust their house hold expenses

What will my physical gold be worth

I read about farmers who have enough debt and perhaps this yrs income won't meet expenses. What were they supposed to do, nothing or try to grow their farm. Will the weakest of the herd fall prey to natural selection

I was once told by a banker to not worry as there were a lot more people out there a lot worse off than I was

That didn't seem to matter much when I paid 22% int and the bank came for my machinery and land to sell at auction

Just some random thoughts

I am sure many are worried about the future also
