Lobsters?  At least they are closely related to mosquitoes and grasshoppers. Growing up on the Atlantic coast we always thought of Lobsters as great big bugs! Yes, we loved to eat them.

Including the claws, they have 8 legs.  More arachnid than insect...But tasty little bugs just the same :-)
