click on the long term chart.  looks to me like the lows are in.  (price---the top it in).   

as europe sees tax revenue collapse, and govt spending surges,  deficits will widen.  we are already at a point where half of all bonds are purchased by central banks (to prop up the bond markets in europe).   it is uncertain how much this central bank buying will grow to make up for surging deficits.
