In a world run by grownups, she never would have been elected in the first place.  But alas.....

She represents the future of progressives that will gradually be taking over the Western World and United States.

Bank on it!

Old conservatives are gradually dying out.

The next generation of voters is being indoctrinated into the belief system right now with propaganda from people like anti science Greta, who stands for global socialism/Marxism.

We are in the early stages of a cultural revolution. With absolute certainty. Just look around. All this crazy stuff is not just a fluke. Defunding and vilifying police/law enforcement is part of it.

The train has left the station and there is no going back.

The Climate Accord has nothing to do with the climate.  As if we have the power to control the weather/climate................and are on a path to an apocalypse, destroying the planet by 2030 but can save it................if we just do exactly as they say. Even though we have a climate optimum not a climate crisis and the greening planet WILLBE even greener in 2030.

They are scaring us into acting to impose global socialism with the United Nations as our Mommy and Daddy.  Destroy the evils of capitalism and its over consumption of natural resources, fueled by cheap, reliable, efficient and power packed fossil fuels.

That is the real reason to get rid of fossil fuels.

It's been sneaking up on most of us, so we don't even question that there is a climate crisis anymore or that humans are destroying the planet and the weather is more extreme and bad because of us.

Think about how insane it is that a teenager, screaming ridiculous, anti science, completely false things about people, the weather and the planet dying was anointed Times person of the year, 2nd for the Nobel Peace Prize(Al Gore got it for the same thing in 2007, then Obama in 2009 before he even had an accomplishment but they bought him) . She was the key note speaker before the world at the United Nations last Fall and the democrats had her speak before the House.

They hijacked climate science in the late 1980's and have been gradually gaining more power and momentum. Now on the verge of it paying big dividends. When Trump is defeated in November, the US will immediately re enter the fraudulent Climate Accord and the movement/ideology will accelerate its progress.

Its been happening right under your unsuspecting noses but its a certainty.

Other than heavier rains/more flooding, all the disasters we were told would happen decades ago never happened. The benefits to global warming and more CO2 are 10 times the negatives for life(polar bear numbers are exploding higher for instance) but the world has already been brainwashed to think the opposite is happening.

I've been an objective, independent atmospheric scientist for 38 years and analyze weather and climate all day long. I will be one of the first people to recognize a climate crisis when it happens. Its a friggin climate optimum by all authentic scientific measurements and standards...............and will remain an optimum for at least several more decades.

The planet sure has a strange way of showing us that it's dying. Is there another planet earth in an alternate universe out there?  (-:

Carbon Dioxide Fertilization Greening Earth, Study Finds

From a quarter to half of Earth’s vegetated lands has shown significant greening over the last 35 years largely due to rising levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide, according to a new study published in the journal Nature Climate Change on April 25.

An international team of 32 authors from 24 institutions in eight countries led the effort, which involved using satellite data from NASA’s Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer instruments to help determine the leaf area index, or amount of leaf cover, over the planet’s vegetated regions. The greening represents an increase in leaves on plants and trees equivalent in area to two times the continental United States.

Global cereal production, utilization, stocks and trade all set to rise to new records in 2020/21

http://www.fao.org/worldfoodsituation/csdb/en/

 Release date: 04/06/2020

In spite of uncertainties posed by the pandemic, FAO’s first forecasts for the 2020/21 season point to a comfortable cereal supply and demand situation. Early prospects point to global cereal production in 2020 surpassing the previous year’s record by 2.6 percent. Based on conditions of crops already in the ground, planting expectations for those still to be sown, and assuming normal weather for the remainder of the season, world cereal output is forecast at 2 780 million tonnes (including rice in milled equivalent), nearly 70 million tonnes higher than in 2019, setting a new record high. Maize would account for the bulk of the predicted increase, with an expected expansion of 64.5 million tonnes to a record level of 1 207 million tonnes, boosted by record harvests in the United States of America (USA), Canada and Ukraine, and near-record harvests in Brazil and Argentina. Similarly, rice production is seen reaching an all-time high of 508.7 million tonnes in 2020, exceeding the 2019 reduced level by 1.6 percent. More normal weather and attractive prices are anticipated to underpin rice output recoveries primarily in China, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Pakistan, Thailand and the USA, as well as continued production growth in India. By contrast, global production of wheat in 2020 is forecast to decline from the previous year’s good level, largely on likely downturns in the European Union (EU), Ukraine and the

This is another variation of the theme I've heard for decades.  "The old conservatives are dying off and as the younger liberals come into power"...  But a funny thing happens as liberals grow up.  Many, when faced with the realities of the world grow up and become conservative.   As the saying goes..   If you are under 30 and are not liberal,  you have no heart.  If you are over 30 and are liberal, you have no brain..

But I am nearly ready to accept that many of our youth have no brains and never will.  Socrates thought so too.

Think how totally insane the current campaign is to try to destroy law enforcement is.

Almost all cops are good cops. They make our cities and neighborhood and schools  safer. They help maintain law and order.

We know that but does the other side?

Of course they do.

When you are having a cultural revolution, law enforcement is a deterrent!

Chaos is your ally.

Have you noticed any chaos lately?

Guys like Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo on CNN trying to increase chaos........ telling us that this president is a dictator and we need to fight back with protesting and any way that we can. Not condemning violent protesting or mentioning the coronavirus increasing from protests(then Trump scheduled a rally- now they are screaming out about how it will spread COVID).

Telling us the 2nd cop in Atlanta(who acted perfectly) deserved the charges against him which carry a potential sentence of 20 years in jail.

They especially want chaos right now to hurt President Trump. They want the economy to do bad until after he is defeated.

It was no coincidence for them to have Greta on last month:

https://www.marketforum.com/forum/topic/52100/

Many of these people want the same things. AOC, Greta, CNN, citizens of CHAZ and many others with a following of many millions that is growing.

It's will continue to grow and will define our future world.

Trump was just a freak, knee jerk extreme, last gasp reaction by voters who were witnessing the start of this world under President Obama and wanted things to be like they were before in some legit conservative realms.

Brexit was the same thing in Great Britain, where the progressives and extreme liberals are in even more control in Europe.

You see what the reaction to Trump has been.

Even some moderates hate his guts because of his massive character flaws and constantly saying mean, divisive, polarizing things. But the left with the most progressive agenda, would not vote for him if he was running against Adolf Hitler or even.........."The Prince of Darkness(Lucifer)........actually, they might have a hard time telling the difference with that 2nd choice (-:

But Trump, even with so many enemies and the gatekeepers/MSM, dems doing a full court press to obliterate him with impeachments, books and round the clock smearing/twisting everything that he says or does into something really bad as the election approaches............ he still has an outside change.

He is facing the weakest presidential opponent in my life time and the extreme left, showing too many of  their cards with the defund the police crap ola is scaring the crap out of average people who want safety for their families and neigborhoods.

When Biden is elected, we will have the most cerebrally challenged president in history. He will just be a wishy washy figurehead that goes in whatever direction he gets pushed. And the very aggressive, extreme left liberals will be pushing hard, resulting in their movement rapidly gaining steam.

One of the first things that Biden will do, is get the US back on board/signed up with the Paris (global socialism) Climate Accord.

100% certain of that.

Oh please.   The left is campaigning harder for Trump than Trump is.

This latest "Defund the police" item will lock the West coast and New York.   but the rest of the country is asking WTF??????   Forget the polls. That's the reality.

And that's just the latest effort by the left to get Trump into office.

Now,  all we need is a few impromptu campaign speeches by "Sleepy Joe",  who has been vewy vewy qwiet, and Trumpo has a better than even chance.

Watch and learn.  With all of Trump's bluster over the Seattle debacle,  why do you suppose he has taken no action?

Think about it..

Lets think it through.

2 possible outcomes.

Trump unleashes the military force of the US and several "Summer of Love"  "Block Party participants" end up dead. JUST LIKE KENT STATE!!! And the left and the media crucify Trump for his blood thirsty ham handed  handling of a peaceful gathering.

---OR---

We sit back and watch as the situation devolves to it's inevitable conclusion that will resemble "Lord of the Flies".

There were a few shootings so far.  It will get worse.

Which of these work out best for Trump?

Tim,

Trump taking action would be absolutely the worst thing that he could do.

It would only bolster support for these people that Trump is abusing his power and not allowing their free speech and free expression. Forget what you and me think, their mayor calls it "The Summer of Love" (you know what the people in that town are like if they elected somebody like that) but Trump going in against her wishes would cause a tremendous backlash but think about what would happen if one person got hurt or even worse, killed in the confrontation.  If a person of CHAZ was bashing a cop in the head with a brick and got shot, that person would be a martyr and this movement would take off in other cities.

In this current political environment, everything cops do is wrong and they are evil. By them going in there to clear these people out from the land of CHAZ, it will greatly increase the support for these people.

By Trump doing nothing, he's worried that he will look weak on law and order with these people and  their mayor defiant. Maybe to himself and a few others but it seems hard to imagine, that if this goes on for weeks or even months, others will be looking at the situation and thinking "yeah, I've changed my mind, this really is a good idea"

The longer they exist, the worse it will look and the more people will think "dang, I hope this shirst doesn't  ever happen in my community . I like safety and low crime and protection"

Their existence and the dems pushing for defunding police in many cities is a gift to President Trump that he probably doesn't fully appreciate.......if he's even considering ending CHAZ.

These Bozo's are mostly unproductive young people that have no meaning to their lives. They are not likely to come up with a substantive, common sense plan that contributes one iota of authentic value to society.

Leave em be until after the election..........but it will be getting cold as Winter approaches.

It a lose, lose situation for them. The big problem and huge losers are the law abiding businesses in that area that are getting screwed.

What they should do, is take their stories to the media and even start go fund me accounts to ask people to help them to not go out of business because people from the land of CHAZ hate capitalism and wouldn't mind a bit if they drove them all out of business.

Regardless of the previous post/statement. I don't think that these people are evil and many of them are well intentioned, even if some are filled with hate and are being inconsiderate to say the least of local laws and businesses/residents in the area.

"Summer of Love" ?

Maybe I just have not watched enough footage and coverage but that isn't the message I got so far.

AOC and the progressive agenda, eventual global and US socialism is inevitable.

Some of her stuff is totally made up and crazy, especially the fake climate crisis but facts and authentic science just don't matter. It's what you can get people to believe in and she's like a magician or even a hypnotist when it comes to that with regards to young people.........who are only growing in number.

She has obtained incredible power, more than any other person that I recollect this quickly during her first term.

Unless somebody figures out a way to bring dead people back to the land of living, the progression of future events will take this path and more with her belief system will follow.

Ocasio-Cortez builds political army, and a fundraising machine to match

https://thehill.com/homenews/house/503652-ocasio-cortez-builds-political-army-and-a-fundraising-machine-to-match

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) has spent more money than any House Democrat seeking reelection this year, building a massive political team and an even bigger money machine.

An analysis of the freshman firebrand's prodigious spending shows Ocasio-Cortez has nearly 40 staffers on her campaign, with 30 having been hired in 2020 — a staff size more typical of a top-tier Senate campaign than a congresswoman seeking reelection in a safely progressive seat.

Ocasio-Cortez had spent $6.3 million through June 3, according to her latest FEC report, sixth overall among House candidates.

Just two years after she pulled off a stunning upset over a veteran lawmaker, Ocasio-Cortez has become a magnet for small-dollar donors. She has raised more than $10.5 million, about 80 percent of which came from donors giving under $200, the FEC reports show.

That mammoth haul makes her the fifth-most prodigious fundraiser of the cycle so far, behind only House GOP whip Steve Scalise (R-La.), House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.)

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), a legendary fundraiser, has brought in $8.3 million to her personal reelection campaign, though she has also raised for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).

Her spending hints that Ocasio-Cortez is working to build an even more robust fundraising operation. She has spent almost $1.2 million on Facebook ads that target viewers around the country, ads likely meant to recruit more donors. And she has spent half a million dollars renting email lists and advertising at a Washington-based consulting firm.

Paul Herrnson, a political science professor at the University of Connecticut who studies campaign finance and congressional elections, said $6 million is “quite a bit for a person in a safe district to spend.”
