Authentic message and truth mcfarm,

Not because I agree but because of the facts and realities that have been posted here numerous times.

Facts and  truths matter here.

Anybody can use convincing sounding(or not so convincing sounding) words to support any case they want about anything.

They were Jews that actually work from the Germans and concentration camps. They were Russian that work for the Germans and World War II as guards and even a fold division of Russian defectors that switched sides.

There's always 1 or 2 in a mass who are going to be different with their politics and say things which are demonstrably false and ridiculous.

I remember a couple of guys like this Dave (-:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolaus_Copernicus

Nicolaus Copernicus (/kˈpɜːrnɪkəs, kə-/;[2][3][4] Polish: Mikołaj Kopernik;[b] German: Nikolaus Kopernikus; Niklas Koppernigk; 19 February 1473 – 24 May 1543) was a Renaissance-era mathematician and astronomer, who formulated a model of the universe that placed the Sun rather than Earth at the center of the universe,

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galileo_Galilei

Galileo di Vincenzo Bonaulti de Galilei[2] ([ɡaliˈlɛːo ɡaliˈlɛi]; 15 February 1564 – 8 January 1642) was an Italian astronomer, physicist and engineer, sometimes described as a polymath, from Pisa.[3] Galileo has been called the "father of observational astronomy",[4] the "father of modern physics",[5][6] the "father of the scientific method",[7] and the "father of modern science".[8]

But seriously,

How many jobs has BLM created for African Americans?

How much has BLM contributed towards better educations for blacks.

How much has BLM reduced crime, which by a couple orders of magnitude accounts for the majority of black homicides  from black on black violence?

Those 3 elements are the main reasons that blacks, while enjoying the American Dream are still being deprived of FULLY EXPERIENCING that dream.

BLM is pushing for defunding police.

Hmmm, higher crime and less safe inner cities is only good for black criminals and bad for all the other blacks..........which is most of them. More black on black violence and losses. Just look at what's happening in NYC right now.

I am all for police reform and cops being held accountable............not abusing their use of force, better training and body cams mandatory.............that is the solution, not dismantling a vital system that protects all Americans.

So BLM is not unique in wanting this. Who does not want this?

Where the difference lies is that BLM really only cares about a situation that is killing a tiny fraction of blacks at the expense of ignoring the real problem.........making it worse.

And many of us know that the protests, defunding the police and removing/destroying non confederate war people has ZERO to do with helping black people and everything with the cultural revolution.

We've witnessed numerous anti discrimination laws being passed that protect the rights of minorities in our society since I was growing up in Detroit.

https://history.house.gov/Exhibitions-and-Publications/BAIC/Historical-Data/Constitutional-Amendments-and-Legislation/

There are many thousands of organizations in this country(The NAACP by itself has 2,200 branches) to help black people and/or to promote positive things for African Americans in the United States.

Black Organizations and Organizations Serving Black Communities

https://tnj.com/list-black-organizations-and-organization-serving-black-communities/

CIVIL RIGHTS DIRECTORY-PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS

https://www.usccr.gov/pubs/crd/private/all.htm

Black Professional Associations & Organizations

https://jobstars.com/black-professional-associations-organizations/

In fact, at appears that black organizations outnumber any other in the US by a very wide number.

This systemic racial discrimination and racism is a bunch of crapola being pushed for political agenda. It does not exist in law enforcement either in systemic fashion that would suggest the absurd notion of dismantling.

But blacks still need additional assistance with Jobs, education, crime(they commit 6 times more violent crime) and safer communities, where they are lagging.

It has often been discussed... why is the crime rate so high in the African American community?

The answer often is.....because 70% of their households are run by single mothers. Without fathers, young boys wind up in the street. If you could convince young black man to be responsible family leaders, things would eventually change.

What is BLM doing about this?

in their mission profile it says:

" We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and “villages” that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable."

Does this not mean, they don't like the Western style family structure, and they prefer kids to be raised by the community... in other words "on the street"

Good point Gunter,

Their position is that the things that really matter for blacks to fully enjoy the American Dream do NOT matter to them.

They accept lower unemployment, less education, higher crime and weak family units(in fact, encouraging it)...........as long as less blacks are killed by white cops.

Changes in the way cops abuse their use of force, including deadly force must be and are being made.

So the 6 times higher violent crime rate committed by blacks, will feature those 6 times higher number of blacks being arrested very respectfully, with no excessive force, getting their fair sentence from the justice system for their crimes....... being in prison, where they can think about how much better their rotting lives are because the cops were nice to them.

Colin Kaepernick had a unique opportunity to demonstrate his leadership and show skeptics of him that he is about peaceful demonstrations that his taking a knee is supposed to represent:

Colin Kaepernick expresses support for Minneapolis protesters after death of George Floyd

“When civility leads to death, revolting is the only logical reaction," Kaepernick said in posts on Instagram and Twitter. "The cries for peace will rain down, and when they do, they will land on deaf ears, because your violence has brought this resistance.

“We have the right to fight back!”

metmike: Ouch........he went and disappointed us by condoning and encouraging the violent, deadly protests and criminal behavior knowing that this is completely counterproductive, knowing that these people are burning down their own neighborhoods and local businesses and punishing their own community and innocent people, while turning off many people who associate their criminal actions with the cause.

In other words, the "cause" is much more important than the lives of real people, who are getting hurt the worst by these actions. That cop will likely be in prison the rest of his life. Burning down a portion of the city where they live changes nothing on the justice system. It actually results in people like this completely screwing up the racial justice message and to be shunned by much of society and along with their actions being repulsive, that and their message gets REJECTED because of this tactic.

They can't wait for justice? They don't trust the system?  So they will take things into their own hands and break laws of acceptable behavior that are there to protect innocent people?  Isn't that exactly what the cop did?

People like this belong in jail, next to the bad cops. Sorry Colin, you are no Martin Luther King with your counterproductive advise.

One of my favorite quotes from Martin Luther King. He would be very outspoken calling for peaceful protesting right now.

Several times now Mike you've gone off on me about the way I write the way make my argument and you claim that even though I use actual quotes from mr. Trump actual data about the coronavirus cases real life examples of trump supporters who are clearly bigot and racist  that my arguments are flawed and without Merit.

Well now it's time for me to jump on your case here.

You  have correctly quoted what Colin Kaepernick  said and you claim that it shows his true colors.
OK.

BUT  what you don't say and what you don't do …  is discuss the validity of the claim that he has made.

Again you seem to think that your opinion is the same thing as fact. I am not sure where you get this idea from but it is  pretty dangerous and you want to look into it

which part of the statement his wrong.?

"Black ppl have been dehumanized, brutalized, criminalized + terrorized by America for centuries

Are you ACTUALLY   disputing that?

and we  expected to join your commemoration of “independence”, while you enslaved our ancestors.

are you disputing this? Because nobody else does

We reject your celebration of white supremacy & look forward to liberation for all.

from the beginning of the American Revolution the southern states were Fanatic in the defense of slavery and white supremacy.   While I would not go as far as Kaepernick in his condemnation of all of America on the issue of white supremacy and slavery   it is   certainly true that a significant portion of the country's history has been heavily involved and connected to that.

Get over the slavery thing Dave, it ended a long time ago. Let's deal with facts that will help blacks TODAY.

Jobs, education, reduce(not increase) crime  and help young black men become better fathers.

4 days ago, we celebrated the American flag, not the confederate flag.
