However, if we are going to have any understanding, we need to talk about sensitive subjects, with an open mind. Ignoring some thing that may be hurt full to some, might give others a better understanding

After I posted this came to my attention
Because Seattle has decided to defund the police by 50% how do you cut 50% from the police budget
One council person suggested firing all white police officers, until the required budget is achieved, Then an argument broke out, should you go top down or bottom up.
I expect reparations will also get sufficient discussion amongst the public
