Should destruction of property caught on video and the person is identified, should this action be considered an act of terrorism and charges brought before a court of law as "an act of terrorism"

If you disagree with a charge of terrorism what should the DA charge the person, clearly identified as destroying property

When the dust settles there will be a lot of state DA who will have to consider some kind of penalty

What if the penalty varies from state to state

Golly this will open another can of worms

People have been threatened or shot defending property

What is the intent of people destroying property

Personal gain [looting]

Intimidation [burning rioting]
