there is a graph of covid cases in arizona.  new cases have been going down since the first week of july.

yet,... the political adds, being put out by the democrats in arizona, continue to declare... covid cases are Surging,  and our leaders are not doing enough.  

of course they are trying to play on the paranoia.  even tho the "surging" claim is completely false.  new cases are going down , not up.
