It was recorded 2 months before 9/11

He has some evidence that a terrorist attack is being planned. In the video, he mentions the WTC, but this is in reference to the previous failed WTC attack. He does not know that 2 months later the WTC would be the target again. He even mentions CIA asset Bin Ladin
