U.S. #corn is 8% harvested and 59% mature, #soybeans 6% harvested and 59% dropping leaves. It is still early but corn and bean harvest is a bit ahead of normal in Iowa but behind normal in Illinois.

According to a Reuters poll, analysts see U.S. #corn at 11% harvested and 5% for #soybeans. Winter #wheat planting estimated at 22%.
