Here are the opening statements of the Trump team.  It's a long listen. Quite compelling.  If they are not totally FOS, "we the people" have a big problem,

yes we have a major problem. Any time republic loses its 1 legal, 1 legal voter base its over. Who ever heard of sending ballots over seas to Germany and Spain? What crazy person ever thought this was a fine idea, What person ever thought out founders were kidding when they decided to have our national election on 1 day and 1 day only and not by mail with no ID. Who ever thought using computer programs we now know a 15 year old could manipulate for voting. Who eve thought denying one side the right to watch the polls was a fine idea? Who ever thought rolling in truck of ballots at 4 in the morning with no supervision was a good idea? All these are easy answers, people who wanted to cheat, that's who.

Iposted this would be like no other re-count as we have known to happen

200 ballots here and 100 over there

Nothing that would be enough to change the out come

MM posted to this affect and in yrs past he was correct. Nobody knew how this fraud worked

However, when I found out this Powell lawyer was involved, that changed my mind

Seems like the highest bidder got those Dominion machines to work in your favour

But the Dems made it too obvious

When you have 100 - 200 - 350% of the voter registration counted as votes that is evidence of ballot dumps

They have even looked at the paper and can prove the same ballot was run through the machine multiple times

Powell told us she would have evidence of massive fraud

She is also confident she has time to bring this to court

I have an idea this will tear the country apart, if it goes to the Supreme Court, no matter who wins

I wonder if our country has ever been involved, in fraud like this???

I wonder what CNN will say???

I have looked through the various threads and hope this is the proper place. I have never seen a Dominion machine. I don't know how it works

But thinking about the Trump team presser I am still wondering why they would make such allegations and why Dominion would not sue for slander. As I have said before, the sale of these machines all over the world amounts to millions. Why did they choose not to appear in PA. Their reputation is worth millions and one wonders why they choose to not protect their reputation.

Also MM brings up the fact re-counts seldom change an election. Some times yes but for Trump any re-count looks hopeless

So lets dig into Dominion machines. As I understand the situation and please correct me if I am wrong. You have a touch screen with the names or choices. You touch the name of your choice and that is supposed to be a vote for your choice. But we are told the soft ware is easily hacked. Even from another country as the internet is world wide. Why was there some adjustment to the machines after they had been tested. Why did the head of security say in a slip of the tongue, "no way Biden loses" also some body else with a slip of the tongue claimed Biden won by fraud, and quickly corrected to say Biden won

So; If you touched Trump on the machine is it not within the realm of possibilities the machine could count the vote for Biden and the ballot shows a Biden vote. This makes ballot re-counts useless as the ballot will show a Biden vote. Now Powell claims to have the aglorithms ]sp]that prove the soft ware can be easily hacked or provide numerous Biden votes regardless of what the voter intended. She is under a lot of pressure to show the evidence

I have no idea if she can prove the machines were hacked, was the trail so cleverly covered up that the evidence is impossible to prove, is she needing more time and letting the lower courts go through the process until it is time to appeal to the Supreme Court. Do the witnesses not want to go public and face the onslaught of media  attention and possibly risk their future career/job

I don't know.  I am certainly not a lawyer but when Dominion fails to protect their reputation, do they think they have no need to do so, or is there some thing else. Often, as we saw with Trumps impeachment, you go on offense as the best solution. If the media is your ally, that is a powerful offense. But when somebody claims over whelming evidence [as Hillary did with 17 agencies] then perhaps they speak too loudly. When lies become the truth, is this not possible. Both parties could be accused of speaking too loudly

I really don't know what to believe, so I present some thoughts

I hope every one took the time to listen to the presser Tim posted for us to view and do some thinking

Thanks Wayne,

I had this on the other thread while you were typing and added it here, below this thread.

I find it very odd that one of the positions is that Dominion has not filed a lawsuit against the accusers that their machines were used for fraud is some sort of evidence that it must have  happened.

Somebody on the internet/social media must have posted this silliness and it got spread around the country in a flash.

Let's say a murder is committed using a gun, the  prosecutor would have a suspect, that would be charged with the crime. Would he also charge Smith and Wesson because they knew their gun could be used to kill people? Would Smith and Wesson, then file lawsuits against the prosecutor before the prosecutor even filed anything in court? (the Trump team has done nothing legally yet on Dominion, they are just using words in public and showing no evidence yet).

If Smith and Wesson did not file lawsuits for being defamed, does that mean that they knew before the murder and were complicit in the crime?

And in that case, a real crime would have been  committed with a real gun.

In this case, we still only have an assertion of a crime with no facts or evidence yet. How do you respond or defend against something your accused of doing before the accuser even tells us the manner in which you did it?

Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Promises ‘Biblical’ Lawsuit in Coming Days

By Jack Phillips

November 22, 2020

"Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell on Saturday said that the president’s lawyers will file a lawsuit of “biblical” proportions, alleging that some elections officials were embroiled in a pay-to-play scheme with a prominent manufacturer of voting software.

“We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together,” Powell told Newsmax. She didn’t provide or elaborate on the evidence."

“Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical,” Powell asserted, adding that “it’s a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in.”

Powell said that voting system’s algorithms provided Democrats 35,000 extra votes, although she didn’t elaborate. She added that Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s votes were “weighted” at 1.25 times while President Donald Trump’s votes were parsed at 0.75.

The longtime lawyer and former federal prosecutor also alleged that there were modifications to some voting machines after the legal cutoff for changes.

Powell also said that some governors may have engaged in a pay-to-play scheme to use Dominion Voting Systems—one of the Trump campaign’s chief targets in recent days. “Georgia is probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up,” she claimed, accusing Gov. Brian Kemp of engaging in a pay-to-play scheme.

However, the chairman of the Federal Election Commission, Trey Trainor, has repeatedly said there was voter fraud in key states.  “The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” he said during an interview with “Just the News AM” on Friday, while suggested a lack of transparency

The questions raised by the Trump campaign in recent days is “very important for the legitimacy of the presidency,” Trainor remarked.

Last week, Powell told Fox Business that she will prove Trump’s voter fraud case within the next two weeks or so.

“We have evidence now of information from the systems going to three or four different foreign countries during the time of the election, those countries themselves could have watched the live votes come in and changed the numbers,” said Powell. “There’s significant evidence of foreign interference from the worst communist countries on the Earth with our election.”

metmike: Several things that she stated make no sense, especially that last paragraph. How could this possibly been accomplished??? It sounds exactly like a play out of the playbook from the other side to bilk the American people into thinking Russia hacked our computers and interfered with the 2016 election to cause Trump to win. Only this time, the  worst communist countries on the earth did it.

They have until December 8th to file this stuff from what I can see:

The Electoral College: A2020 Presidential Election Timeline

December 8, 2020: The “Safe Harbor” Deadline The U.S. Code(3 U.S.C. §5)provides that if election results are contested in any state, and if the state, prior to election day, has enacted procedures to settle controversies or contests over electors and electoral votes, and if these procedures have been applied, and theresults have been determined six days before the electors’ meetings, then these results are considered to be conclusive, and will applyin the counting of the electoral votes. This date, known as the “Safe Harbor” deadline, falls on December 8 in 2020. The governor of any state where there was a contest, and in which the contest was decided according to established state procedures, is required (3 U.S.C. §6) to send a certificate describing the form and manner by which the determination was made to the Archivist assoon as practicable.

December 14, 2020:Electors Vote in Their States Monday after the second Wednesday in December of presidential election years is set (3 U.S.C. §7) as the date on which the electors meet and vote. In 2020, the meeting ison December 14. Electoral college delegations meet separately in their respective states and the District of Columbia at places designated by their state legislature. The electors vote by paper ballot, casting one ballot for President and one for Vice President. The electors count the results and then sign six certificates, each of which contains two lists, one of which includes the electoral votes for the President, the other, electoral votes for the Vice President, each of which includes the names of persons receiving votes and the number of votes cast for them. These are known as Certificates of the Vote, which the electors are required to sign. They then pair the six Certificates of Ascertainment provided by the state governors with the Certificates of the Vote, and sign, seal, and certify them(3 U.S.C. §§8-10).

You have a valid point and not being a  lawyer, I am at a loss to reply with solid evidence or even a theory. The article I read was written by a lawyer who indicated that the Trump team opened them selves up to a huge slander law suit. But: As you say did they attack the machines or the people who own or perform security for the machine accuracy. Actually I read that ownership is hidden in a maze of Co.s that may never be known due to jurisdictions or countries that do not report or release information about ownership. The rumor and I repeat "rumor" is that there is approx 40 investors in Dominion and another Co. associated with Dominion. But: I admit to no evidence

One thing I did find out while reading is some of these machines make mistakes and do not leave a paper trail.

Trump warned against the non paper trail before the election

This makes a re-count useless as the tabulation can not be verified. The machines do have problems. I read an account about one small municipal election in a small precient with a handful of voters

The Dominion machine counted some thing like 33-10 against some body. That person was sure the people she knew voted for her, but no paper trail. So she went door to door and asked how people voted. She found out how many her supporters were and the machine had completely flipped the votes against her. The election results were over turned and she took her place on municipal council

I do not understand how the machines work, thus some body else will have to help me re: a non ballot paper trail

lawyer for dominion on tv today. he states when you vote electronically you are handed a paper ballot when you leave...thus you can document later. I vote electronically and have never been offered a paper copy when I leave....maybe a different system but who the hell knows at this point. only about 75m voters really feeling fooled right now.....thanks dems for are your Mark Twin said "if voting really made a difference they would not allow us to  do it" that is exactly how cynical most of us feel right now

Check this out, which describes how this source says the election counting fraud went, which they call "drop and roll" they say occurred at least in GA, PA and MI:

1) When Trump was well into the lead, there was supposedly a "drop" of tens of thousands+ of votes all at once all for Biden

2) followed supposedly by a "roll" of followup batches of votes to the end that were in exact proportions to the nearest 1/100 of a % or so in slight favor of Biden:

I taped the entire CNN coverage of the election returns Tue evening. If I get time, I could write down some of the tallies in chronological order during a period when Trump's lead was shrinking. I'd probably pick one state like GA.

Would that prove whether or not the video suggestion of fixed %s for all of the batches following the supposed dump is true? Is that relevant or not? Opinions would be appreciated if any of y'all are knowledeable enough to be able to know. I'd prefer not to spend several hours doing this IF it would be a waste of time.

saw a graph of voting today fro PA. exactly at the vote stoppage was a spike that nobody has ever seen and nobody can explain....but you know what they say....first no fraud what so ever, then maybe small fraud, then not enough fraud......if only Nixon would of that of all those answers

Thanks Larry!

The problem with doing that is that seeing an anomaly does not  tell us what caused it.

Not seeing one is not proof of no fraud.

At least thats what I think.

Maybe, if you found an anomaly, you could report it and try to get some reward money (-:

You're welcome, Mike. I watched the video again and realize that my watching Tue night returns won't tell me a doggone thing as the video suggested these supposed fixed %s happened later. After watching this again, I'm now convinced this is almost definitely unadulterated BS. I'm glad I checked this out again before wasting my time.

Sidney Powell Not Part of Trump’s Legal Team: Giuliani Statement

By Ivan Pentchoukov

November 22, 2020

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell is not part of President Donald Trump’s legal team, according to a statement from Rudy Giuliani, the head of the president’s post-election legal effort.

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity,” Giuliani stated.

Trump personally announced Powell’s addition to his legal team a week ago.

Powell appeared at a Nov. 19 press conference with Trump’s legal team, which also includes senior Trump campaign legal adviser Jenna Ellis.

It now seems as if Powell is acting in a personal capacity, separate from the Trump legal team

Some reasons for this

She does not have to clear any actions of her own with the Trump legal team allowing free rein for Pub or Dem corruption

She is acting for the people

She is able to do things on her own, using her own resources, thus avoiding any campaign laws that might hinder her actions

It seems she has started a voluntary funding effort to help pay for any personal expenses. This may be a non tax deductable donation thus once again, staying clear of any campaign finance laws, or allegations that she is part of the Trump legal team

She seems to be saying the fraud is of epic proportions and when she does file suit, will let the chips fall where they may

Sidney Powell Confirms Non-Affiliation With Trump Legal Team, Vows to Continue Fraud Fight

metmike: Not sure how much difference this makes. 4 years ago, it was Jill Stein, the green party candidate filing all the legal stuff contesting the results in numerous states to make it look like it wasn't really Hillary Clinton contesting the results of the election(of course is was Clinton and the dems........of course it was).

Then when their legal stuff failed, they tried other measures in cahoots with the rest of the Swamp to discredit the presidency.

Re-Counts in various parts of the USA

                Started by wglassfo - Nov. 23, 2020, 11:55 a.m.

I have gradually accepted the fact that Powell is on a personal mission to un cover fraud that will not be of the ordinary re-count method

In yrs past we counted ballots with a few changes but not enough to change the numbers in any proportion that Trump would need. MM has told us about this and he is correct

Powell seems to be saying with out a paper trail then one has to prove the machines can and will change a vote

This will be a huge challenge and a task Powell has assumed on be-half of the people so that changes can be made for future voting and confidence your vote counts as intended

MM If you want to put this post in the proper place that is okay. I did not know where to post as more and new information seems to be coming quickly as of this week

There was some question about foreign interference in the election

Also when certain people tried to prove foreign interference, in past yrs., this could not be proven

It seems to me, and I stand to be corrected, that the machines could be hacked via the internet, thus allowing the results to be viewed in real time. I am wondering if this is some thing discovered this yr by Powell. In yrs past, nobody could prove foreign interference or manipulation of the machines, even though suspicion was some thing people talked about, most people assumed fraud happened but not on a scale large enough to over turn results, other than very close election results.

MM has mentioned this and given the information we have today, regardless of what Powell may say, MM is still correct

I think Powell mentioned, perhaps, as  many as 4 countries that could access the vote in real time. There was some talk that domestic actors paid to play in down votes. Now it does seem to me that Powell has a lot to prove. Maybe her "epic" evidence is over whelming, but all we can do is wait to find out. Powell did say she doesn't want this trial to be decided in the public arena or some other words to that affect

Biden begins transition plans as Trump refuses to concede

The General Services Administration has informed President-elect Joe Biden that the Trump administration is ready to begin the formal transition process, according to a letter from administrator Emily Murphy sent Monday afternoon and obtained by CNN.

The letter is the first step the administration has taken to acknowledge President Donald Trump's defeat, more than two weeks after Biden was declared the winner in the election.

The letter signals that Murphy will formally sign off on Biden's victory, a normally perfunctory process known as ascertainment. The move will allow the transition to officially begin, permitting current administration agency officials to coordinate with the incoming Biden team, and providing millions in government funding for the transition.

President Trump later tweeted that while the legal case “STRONGLY continues,” he told Murphy to “do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols.”

Georgia recount will begin Tuesday morning

All of Georgia's 159 counties must begin their recount efforts at 9 a.m. Tuesday, said Gabriel Sterling, voter implementation manager with the Secretary of State’s office.

Counties must wrap up their recount by midnight on Wednesday, Dec. 2.

“They have to begin tomorrow morning by 9 a.m.,” Sterling said during a new conference. “But beginning could also be if they are organizing and getting the people lined up because we want to make sure we have a lot of notice go out so we can have the monitors be there and adjudication teams, especially for the absentee votes first because those are the ones that are most likely to be needing adjudication."

Ballots cannot be contested by party monitors on site during this process. There will be a minimum of two monitors per party at each location where the recount is occurring, according to Sterling. Larger counties that have more than two scanners will have an additional monitor for each party per each additional scanner.

Sterling said that this count, under the code of Georgia, will be the final certified version of the election results.

The Trump campaign requested the recount on Saturday, which is their right by Georgia law because the margin of Joe Biden’s victory is less than 0.5%. The recount will be taxpayer-funded, and will be conducted in each county statewide using high speed ballot scanners.

President-elect Biden, who was declared the winner last Friday when the state certified the results, has a 12,670 vote or .2% lead over President Trump in Georgia.

metmike: Sounds to me that President Trump's position is now almost exactly the same as Clintons in 2016.............except for one important thing.

Clinton pretended to concede then fought like heck to do the opposite. Using Jill Stein from the Green Party to do her formal requests for recounts and other legal challenges, so she wouldn't look bad(she's a much better schemer than Trump). Then they went several steps further trying to discredit the results of the election for years, often citing "Russian interference" and Trump colluding.

President Trump on the other hand is being completely up front with his legal challenges(which are more complicated because of several changes in laws) and then, as usual instead of letting the results and evidence speak for themselves or being tactful and sounding reasonable......... his biggest character flaw took over......he way oversells his position with bulls...t.

He could have used all the exact same actions but instead of telling us the election was stolen from him with widespread fraud and bla, bla, bla, bla, bla bla, he didn't even have to concede(though he should have).

He should have just said something like:"there are indications of potential fraud that we need to check out"

It doesn't matter that he is convinced the election was stolen from him. That's been his biggest problem for 4 years. He convinces himself of something, often against good advice from others.............and makes it his mission to convince everybody else of the same thing.

When its great pays positive dividends for the American people........which he never gets credit for.

When its a bad idea, objective minds can see its bad and the MSM will amplify how bad it really is by many times, then............... he doubles down and attacks anybody that recognizes his bad idea, while defending his bad idea. This is when he looks his worst.

Regardless, it sure looks like he is allowing the legal process that transitions to Joe Biden as president to progress with no obstruction based on the latest.

Trump tells GSA that Biden transition can begin

"The tweet marked a shift for Trump, who has refused to acknowledge the results of the election since Biden was first projected as the winner more than two weeks ago."

Those who feared the major Constitutional crisis and that Trump would not allow a peaceful transition to Biden can now sleep well at night.

Trump is cooperating enough for things to proceed the way they should.

sometimes I think, we are living in an Orwellian-type society, as depicted in the novel "1984", when I hear our MSM telling us, that this election was the "most secure election in our history"... or "there is no proof of election fraud".

Dead people voting is proof of election fraud. More than 100% of registered voters voting is election fraud. Employees in counting stations running Biden ballots through their machines multiple times is election fraud (although, that one will be harder to prove) Not letting Republican observers into counting stations is at least a violation of law, even though it does not provide exact numbers of fraudulant votes.

However, the big Kahuna, IMHO, are the Dominion voting machines. Michigan already admitted to a "computer glitch" that switched 6000 votes from Biden to Trump. So far, I have not found a single software engineer who could suggest how a computer "glitch" to cause such a problem. Furthermore, I myself observed a similar event on the CNN Voting Day replay video. I even pulled out my calculator. I forgot the exact number.... it was less than 20,000, but it may have been 19,958 which was suddenly subracted from Trump and added to Biden.

And this machine was used in 28 states. Even the Democrats objected to the use of this machine in 2018, because they knew the machine could easily be hacked, or manipulated by outsiders.

How else could a candidate that barely got tiny crowds attending his campaign speeches, suddenly beat the very popular Trump

It seems to me, all states that used this machine should have their vote counts voided, their machines thrown out, and the voting re-done with other machines.

Giuliani Reveals Why Trump Legal Team Issued Statement on Sidney Powell

President Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani offered an explanation on why Trump’s legal team issued a statement saying lawyer Sidney Powell is not with the campaign.

“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” Giuliani said when he was asked about the situation by Fox News host Lou Dobbs. The Trump legal team, he said, is focused on “misconduct of the election” by state officials in places like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and elsewhere.

Giuliani argued that Trump’s constitutional rights were deprived in some of these states, and he predicted that some of their lawsuits will make it to the Supreme Court. The former New York mayor didn’t elaborate on what Powell was working on.

Powell had spoken on an alleged transnational scheme that flipped votes via election software with the aid of “communist money” from Venezuela, Cuba, and possibly China.

Dominion Voting Systems, a chief target, categorically denied that its machines allowed users to switch votes from one candidate to another and also categorically denied any ties to foreign governments.

“There is no way such a massive fraud could have taken place,” spokesman Michael Steel said over the weekend. “And there are no connections between our company and Venezuela, Germany, Barcelona,” or elsewhere. Steel said that the electronic vote can be audited via a paper trail.

But Powell said in a news conference that “American patriots are fed up with the corruption from the local level to the highest level of our government.”

“We are not going to be intimidated. We are not going to back down. We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide,” the attorney said. “We are going to prove it. And we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom.”

Powell, a former federal prosecutor, called for criminal investigations into her allegations.

Trump Says He Will Never Concede to ‘Fake Ballots and Dominion’

President Donald Trump said late Nov. 23 that, despite the General Services Administration (GSA) being given the green light to engage with Joe Biden’s transition team, he would “never concede” in what he called “the most corrupt election in American political history,” and his team would continue with legal challenges.

“What does GSA being allowed to preliminarily work with the Dems have to do with continuing to pursue our various cases on what will go down as the most corrupt election in American political history?” Trump wrote on Twitter.

“We are moving full speed ahead. Will never concede to fake ballots & ‘Dominion,'” the president added, referring to the Dominion Voting System elections platform that has come into the spotlight, with Trump’s legal team arguing that alleged exploits in the voting system were used to switch votes in Biden’s favor.

Sidney Powell, an attorney once affiliated with Trump’s legal team but now acting independently, said she has a deluge of evidence that Dominion and other voting systems were exploited to swing the election, saying she soon intends to file a lawsuit of “epic” proportions that will detail the evidence. This builds on previous remarks she made, claiming the proof she said she was receiving regarding election fraud was massive, and likened its eventual disclosure to “releasing the Kraken.”

Group Files Emergency Petition in Wisconsin After Identifying 150,000 Potentially Fraudulent Ballots

A group on Tuesday filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court, challenging the state’s unofficial election results.

The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project said it found tens of thousands of ballots that may be fraudulent.

“We have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results,” said Phill Kline, director of the project, in a statement.

“Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law,” he added.

Page 4 of Trump-v-WEC-Petition-1

The item above with the most votes by far is the indefinitely confined elector. I think that it will be impossible to prove this with COVID. Impossible and they are just using that for the challenge.

Read the rules below. It will be impossible to prove and it mainly just means that people decided to abuse the law to make their voting easier but they still probably voted the same way they would have in person.

Guidance for Indefinitely Confined Electors COVID-19

Due to the continuing spread of COVID-19, staff of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) has received numerous inquiries regarding the application of the indefinitely confined designation for absentee voters under Wisconsin Statutes.  At its meeting of March 27, 2020, the Commission discussed this issue and adopted the following guidance related to the use of indefinitely confined status to assist local election officials working with absentee voters:

1.    Designation of indefinitely confined status is for each individual voter to make based upon their current circumstance.  It does not require permanent or total inability to travel outside of the residence.  The designation is appropriate for electors who are indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness or infirmity or are disabled for an indefinite period.

2.    Indefinitely confined status shall not be used by electors simply as a means to avoid the photo ID requirement without regard to whether they are indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, infirmity or disability.

Trump came very close to overturning the people’s will.  Democracy held on despite his attacking it repeatedly.

Asking the attorney general to arrest his political opponent 2 weeks before the election.

Asking state legislators in swing states subvert the voters choice of his political opponent and submit electors for him.

I expect him to spend the next 4 years continuing to divide the country and continuing to attack our democracy.  It feels like we dodged a land mine.

"Trump came very close to overturning the people’s will.  Democracy held on despite his attacking it repeatedly.

Asking the attorney general to arrest his political opponent 2 weeks before the election"

I can tell that you are still reading the NYT's joj (-:

Trump did not ask the attorney general to arrest Biden. He said on Fox and Friends that he thought Barr should open an investigation into the corruption that we know that happened with the Bidens, starring Hunter and Joe.

I never felt for one minute that are democracy was threatened a tiny bit or that Trump came close to overturning the people's will.

He used very poor verbiage and set a poor example, acting like a very sore loser and that's on him and his legacy.

He is not breaking any laws and is pursuing/using  all the legal challenges that the law gives him.

Clinton was clever enough to do the same things only be more sneaky. She used Jill Stein to file the voter recounts. Her side got to use the Meuller witchhunt to discredit Trumps presidency for 2.5 years with bogus allegations of Russia's interference altering the results to give Trump the win........ with Trump colluding.... even Russia hacking the computers.

I am much, much more concerned that they were able to do that with 30,000,000 of our taxes funding  an attempt to overturn the results of the 2016 election. To me, that was a couple orders of magnitude bigger of a threat to our democracy than what has happened here in November 2020.

Just another example of Trump doing something bad, and the side that hates him  amplifies it, using fake news to tell us that it was almost the end of our democracy.

Don't worry though joj, I'm always here to help you get the facts right.

Did anybody watch Giuliani present voter fraud evidence to the Pennsylvania  state legislature on Nov 25/2020?? The entire testimony and questions plus statements is a long listen [approx 3 1/2 hrs or more but you can skip the introductions]

Granted this was not a court case with lawyers from both sides

Giuliani is working against time deadlines, but said he has enough time and expects the election to be decided by a court of law which everybody assumes will be the Supreme Court. He also said the media claims he has no evidence but if you watched the Pennsylvania presentation, Giuliani certainly seems to have the evidence and witnesses with credentials in security and the inner working of the voting machines plus a lot of other stuff I don't understand about your system.

If what Giuliani laid out as evidence can be proven in Pennsylvania and other selected states, this is the largest voter fraud in American history

There were mostly Pub workers on election day but also a couple of Dems who testified, which proves nothing, except there are people who want honest elections, no matter who wins. I  got the feeling most workers wanted to do an honest job.

There is also the question of how to restore voter confidence in the voting system

MM I hope this is the proper place to post
