hayman,

I can't seem to get anything useful out of that link either.

cutworm,

I am with you. That was the best radar site on the internet. Hopefully, they will bring it back or something as good.

Here is something for both you guys that I find wonderful for weather data, including radar.........it's my Chrismas present to you!

Go to this link:

https://www.spc.noaa.gov/

Go to Mesoanalysis on the right.

Hit inside of any of the boxes to get a region. I suggest hitting MN, because there is precip going on there for

you to check out their precip stuff.

There are a dozens categories to pick from at the top of the screen to get tons of detailed data about stuff you

didn't know existed(seriously).

The 2 on the left are most useful.......... especially observations.

Let me know what you think.

Merry Christmas!

Mike

When you want to discover everything there is to know about the atmosphere in another region, just back out and hit a different box for that region and go back in using the same options as before.

Actually, I just learned something new. They may have added this since I've been using this product the last decade. You can stay on the data page and hit "change sector" at the top to go to a different sector. Merry Christmas to me (-:

You know the old expression "the best way to learn something............is to teach it"
