Sorry McFarm.   I have not bothered to verify/fact check this,  but it doesn't pass the smell test.

While I am certain that on some level, they think like this,  I doubt they'd ever put it into writing.

It does look like an excerpt from Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" which often appears to be their bible,  but Pelosi is to savvy to actually risk making something like this available.
