surgery to repair my ruptured left bicep distal tendon is Thursday morning.

Looks like I'm able to type a bit with my left hand, at least until the surgery.

Sounds painful.  If I remember correctly, that ended a Browns offensive lineman's career.  Joe Thomas.  He ended up retiring.

I was actually thinking about incorporating some stretching into my exercise routine recently. 

No doubt stretching will be a part of it now!
