Thanks for asking.   Kinda NTR,  but we had 2 weeks of fun driving "Pretty Penny" ( What we named the RV) south.  Lot's of rain on the way down.  RV doesn't care about rain.  35K pounds on tires at 130 PSI don't hydroplane under most cases. Visibility is all that really matters.  The site we got was flooded when we arrived,  but dried in a couple days.   Good company,  good food,  good times.  RV people are the best.  Found a neat winery nearby with a Buffett clone doing acoustics live and some great southern smoked meats.  Some neat restaraunts and of course,  beaches.

Glad/sad to be home and ready to start the reglar stuff...  I guess  <G>

I would think that RV people must be adventurers

Do you fit into any of those types or agree with that?

I'll go ahead and move this down to NTR-land.

Ha Ha.  Well,   I travel with dogs and I like to cook..  Learning about fixing stuff.  We've  boondocked but find full hook up makes more sense.

There are lots of types that RV, including the 5 in your article and yes,    you have to be comfortable getting out of your comfort zone.   But we/they come from all types of backgrounds.  The one thing we have in common is "RV War Stories".  Whether you are brand new,  getting experienced or an old pro,  you love to hear and tell them, and everybody has them.  Travel adventures, repair stories, best sites,  worst sites, the list is endless and the common bond makes you instant friends.

It's probably not for everyone,  but we love it.
