This is exactly what made hijacking climate science so easy for the UN, then IPCC, then world governments. This includes rewriting climate history to wipe out the inconvenient Medieval Warm Period/Climate Optimum, 1,000 years ago, in order to tell us that this warming is unprecedented and could only be caused by the increase in CO2.

How many people have extensive weather/climate records on their computer that they study? Or degrees in atmospheric science? Almost none. Most people rely entirely on the MSM and social media to get their information about climate change. Whatever those sources tell them is what they believe and think that they know. How could it be any different based on the dynamics of communication in modern society?

When important measured observations of the biggest impact of all(by a wide margin) from the increase in CO2 is released, like the study below……CNN and others ignore it.

Carbon Dioxide Fertilization Greening Earth, Study Finds

Instead, they cover the increase in this beneficial gas and building block for life,  CO2 like this:

CO2 levels at highest for 3 million years – when seas were 20 meters higher

And this:

There’s an unlikely beneficiary of coronavirus: The planet

Actually, I should give CNN credit on the last link because they also show the drop in NO2 and particulate matter, which is real pollution.

The southern ocean has been cooling for decades and is permanently surrounded by a cool SST anomaly

Antarctic sea ice is as robust as ever with no decrease, possibly even increasing. Antarctica itself also shows an atmospheric cooling trend. Even deep sea current around Antarctica are showing cooling.

The climate community as a whole is in denial of this very significant “warming hole” at the South Pole.

Widespread signals of Southern Hemisphere ocean cooling (and AMOC heat piracy)

In the background behind the ongoing drumbeat of global warming doom, evidence is accumulating of Southern Hemisphere ocean cooling centered, of course, on Antarctica. The frigid Antarctica is hugely important in the global ocean system and dominates climate, leading glaciation and deglaciation transitions for instance. Think of it as the “Grand Central Station” of the global ocean circulation system – what is technically called the THC – thermohaline circulation.“It is suggested that this more comprehensive view of the role of NADW may explain both decadal‐scale variations in South Atlantic sea surface temperatures in this century and two significant problems in Pleistocene climatology: why southern hemisphere temperatures decreased before CO2 levels decreased at the end of the last interglacial and why southern hemisphere temperature changes precede changes in northern hemisphere ice volume. It is shown that when NADW production was reinitiated during the last interglacial (120,000 B.P.), high‐latitude southern hemisphere temperatures decreased. The estimated magnitude of altered southern hemisphere heat export is comparable to the ice‐age CO2 signal and may be able to account for the observed cooling even when CO2 levels were high. When cast into a frequency domain framework, this interpretation may also help explain why southern hemisphere temperatures lead global ice volume changes.”

Inside the Church of Climate

Today’s Church of Climate holds three resolute beliefs:

  1. The human influence on climate is pronounced and controlling
  2. That influence cannot be positive or benign, only catastrophic
  3. Global governance can and must solve this problem

To win the case for political agenda.

  1. Make up a very convincing sounding narrative. Tell people that it's for altruistic cause X or cause Y...........saving the planet is one of the best. Who could be against that? (other than deniers or racists trying to sabotage your effort and big oil wrecking the planet for selfish financial gains).
  2. Tell them that it's based on the science and that all the real scientists universally agree on it. Those that disagree are conspiracy theorists or have evil motives or are racists.
  3. Repeat it over and over and over....for decades in this case.
  4. Don't let observations or contradictions get in the way with reality.  Effectively censor sources that have authentic data/evidence that contradicts your message. If they get loose with a message that's picked up and gains traction........ smear them based on #2.
  5. Ex-KGB on Ideological Subversion: How the UN/IPCC hijacked science/brainwashed the world. Previously warmer. Polar bear hoax. Sept. 2019
