No why would Kamala Harris talk to Finland about the border crisis

Does Finland have any special knowledge???

I think I know what VP Harris is thinking.. Finland could put observers with binoculars on top of their mountains, and give the US advance warning of approaching‘caravans’

May I suggest a triangular observation set-up… Finland,New Zealand and Kenya. That would give a more accurate location of migrant groups in Central America.

Or maybe she just thinks that Finland may have a better understanding of conditions in Honduras, because of their close relationship with them
