We all know that Biden doesn't pick anything but his nose, all these "appointees" were part of the Clinton cabal so we're seeing what would have happened starting in 2016 but another Clinton didn't happen so we're just on a delayed agenda now.
It actually follows Biden's plan perfectly. He just signs off on what those in the background recommend. And it sure enforces what some have foolishly put forth about what a nice gentlemen with only the best interests of America at heart Biden has always been.
