growth for the 3rd quarter is now being estimated at almost zero.  wow.

zero growth and 5% inflation.   not good.

bear,

Am I missing something?

"Initial estimate:   6.6   percent —   October 29, 2021"

How does this equate to 0 growth?

You mention that growth for the 3rd  quarter is estimated to be at almost 0 but that's back casting and 1 quarter with no link to that data, instead  your link shows the opposite, which is confusing to me.

sorry,  they changed the graph.

a few days ago it was for the 3rd quarter.  this now shows for the 4th quarter.

the graph for the 3rd quarter showed the fed estimate crashing down to zero the final week of sept.
