Average snowpack the last 2 decades on November 23rd

The latest snow forecasts, especially on the European model below are pretty bullish on amounts of snow in Canada and down to MN and some northern tier locations.

The Rockies have some welcome snow on the way too, potentially. 

This is the latest forecast for total snow accumulations falling between now and November 23rd.

I thought it would be interesting to compare this to the last 2 decades with snow depth on November 23rd each year. 

Obviously, the snow that falls is not all going to stay so the amounts in the forecast above, if they verify will result in a snow depth LESS than those amounts at the end of the period. But its interesting to look at the variation in our snow back going back the last 2 decades for the chosen date, November 23rd each year. 

We'll start with last year, 2020 and go back in time a year at a time below.

Prior to 2010, it's clear that data from Canada was non existent, except for places in the Rockies and also lacking in some places of the US.

So the MOST reliable data below, looks to be for years 2010-2020.
