hope he does consider legal action but the problem is many of the guilty ones who defamed him are of national prominence and their speech would be off limits, especially somebody like Biden who made some of the most idiotic and factually false statements. Or the genius whoopy Goldberg who even after the trial called his actions murder. Now that is just being stupid for stupids sake.
In a recent interview, when asked, he said "I have some very good lawyers looking into it".
He has the basis for several very good cases, IMO, from MSM outlets to Celebrity hacks..
He has a better case, and I hope he does far better than Sandmann, who struck a few blows on his own.
Obviously, integrity is not part of the MSM's reporting model any longer, but fear might work as well.
