This is brand new, hot off the press. Now we have bureaucrats so expert they can tell who ripped certain papers. No, not by video evidence or eye witness but just by looking at the edges of the ripped paper. Amazing stuff. Man where are the FBI. or the CIA, or the DEI or the NSA. If we have people that good working for our various agency's we are in good hands for sure.

If your objective is to make joj look even smarter...........congrats!

If it's to entertain more...........congrats!

If it's to defend Trump again or debunk the solid reasons to continue the investigation........you're helping the wrong side with posts like that.

Again, this isn't a debate or argument post...........for me at least(the facts coming out have already been provided and additional facts will ultimately make the final determination and nobody knows ALL of those until the investigation is over).........it's metmike analyzing your posts and giving advice.

Trump’s Missing Call Logs Present a Challenge for Jan. 6 Investigators

Sparse call records and missing documents hinder the House panel as it tries to piece together what President Trump was doing during the attack on Congress.

Fewer Americans now say Trump bears a lot of responsibility for the Jan. 6 riot

metmike: Let's take a poll to decide how many people think Biden stole the election...........and if it's the majority of people..........put Trump back in office (-:

Polls, more than anything in political realms like this,  just show how effective each side has been in manufacturing narratives to convince people of what they want them to believe.

Mitch McConnell is working a behind-the-scenes campaign to make sure Trump-backed 'goofballs' don't win their primaries: report

And among Republican voters, support for Trump still remains strong. An October poll conducted by Quinnipiac University found that 78% of Republicans want to see Trump in the 2024 presidential election. That number went up from May by 12 percentage points.

McConnell, however, believes that Trump is "losing political altitude," The Times said.

Since leaving office, Trump has been endorsing candidates running for office across the US. At least 100 people have so far received an endorsement from him since he left the White House,

Biden would probably lose to almost any republican that ran in 2024. Harris would  probably lose too.

Both are doing horrible jobs and things are not going well under their watch and some of it is because of their agenda/policies and lack of leadership.

If the same candidates run again in the presidential election of 2024............ instead of the transformation that took place with Clark Kent turning into Superman in a phone booth, like in 2020........Biden's transformation takes place in a VOTING BOOTH!

its all very simple MM. Has not one wit to do with anything you surmise..{lately with you not a surprise} as stated below in anther thread, No faith in our department heads, no faith in our gov departments, not faith in government. They have covered big pharma, big war industry, big education, big environment wackos on and on. They have been caught every single time with no consequences. The American people are finally fed up. The big shut down for covid  was one of the last times the People are going to follow this government anywhere, Notice anything going on in Canada right now. Well it may coming to a theater near you soon

Squawk all you want about those things that are totally unrelated to what Trump did to try to overturn the results of the 2020 election that he lost.

It would be like an attorney defending somebody that robbed a bank made their case based on  potholes in the parking lot of the bank or that banks aren't open on Sundays.

So what?

The guy still robbed the bank and should be held accountable for his actions.

The fact that you are unable to see this, when its crystal clear by every authentic account/standard leaves me to just analyze WHY you do this.

It's clearly because everything about everything in your world always sees republicans as the good guys and sometimes the victims but never doing anything wrong/bad.

Neither political party has a franchise on the truth.

Ifyoubelieve one party all the time......................you will believe in lies some of the time.

The ironic thing is that during Trumps 4 years, with the republicans in charge it was the far left which was so extremely unhappy........with protesting and fighting everything that Trump did with TDS. Even fighting good things.

The republicans recognized it with crystal clarity during those 4 years.

After Biden took over, the far right republicans are displaying a carbon copy version of behavior as the democrats acted during the Trump years.

Fighting against anything and everything that Biden does...........even life saving vaccinations and against legit presidential election results EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that comes from Biden.

Now we're getting the protesting in Canada and threats for it to come to the US.

And just like the BLM protests were hijacked by some bad news far left groups that had different  political agenda, these vaccine mandate protests have been hijacked by some bad news far right groups with their own agenda.

Ironically, with COVID plunging, within a couple of months, it's extremely likely that all these restrictions will be lifted or lessened, protests or not..... just like they were last year when COVID cases plunged.

Dishonest Sean Hannity, last week was trying to make people think that protesting and the fear of protesting was why they were taking away mask mandates in some states and it shows the power of protesting as he tried to get people fired up to protest anything that Biden does.

Covid being down 80% is why they're lifting the dumb mask mandates.

This reminds me of CNN during the BLM protests........encouraging protesting and insisting it was causing changes.

It's good that these protests are not burning down buildings and featuring violence that injures and kills cops.

Just closing bridges and messing up peoples lives in other ways, like stopping the flow of hundreds of millions of products/parts and causing factories to shut down to hurt Canadians not the government.

But protesting is everyone's right. It shouldn't be used to hurt other people though.

I also watch Fox and am well aware of what they keeping doing with this guy.

Ray Epps is Fox news making up a big fat conspiracy theory to distract and deflect the blame away from the real criminals that caused it...........and repeating the lie over and over and over to convince Fox viewers(not me) that it really wasn't the people we think it was that caused the Insurrection. That they are investigating and charging THE WRONG PEOPLE and letting the real culprits off scott free and the investigation is corrupt.

If I could just show one item that proves Fox is full of crap on this topic........their Ray Epps stuff would be near the top.

Previous discussions on this:

metmike: So let me add to the previous posts to make this more conclusive:

Who Is Ray Epps?

The conspiratorial claim that the attack on the U.S. Capitol was a false flag conducted by federal agents hinges largely on the identity of one man.

There is absolutely no evidence to indicate that Epps is a federal agent or that he was working with the government.

metmike: Pleeease don't give us a response that all the fact checkers are in on it, metmike is to naive to see the truth and that only Tucker Carlson has the real secret knowledge that knows what Ray Epps was really doing there.

How about I give you even more evidence?

How new Jan. 6 revelations on Ray Epps, others undercut Tucker Carlson’s FBI conspiracy theory

  • There remains no evidence to support the conspiracy theory, promoted most prominently by Fox News host Tucker Carlson, that the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol was actually a false flag event orchestrated by the FBI to entrap Trump supporters.
  • Ray Epps, an Arizona man who Carlson and other figures have held up as a possible undercover FBI agent or informant, said he has no ties to the FBI in an interview with the House committee investigating the attack, the committee revealed.
  • Rally Runner, another man singled out on Carlson’s show, said on video that Carlson’s segment suggesting he was a federal agent was a “false story.”
  • The Justice Department hit Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes with sedition charges  on Jan. 13. Until then, Rhodes was listed as “Person One” in charging documents, helping to fuel unsubstantiated claims from Carlson and others that the presence of such unnamed, unindicted co-conspirators in those documents was proof of an FBI false flag.

certainly cuts it for me MM. From your source Newsweek and I paraphrase because my computer will not copy.....He{Epps} was interviewed by this committee. He {epps} informs us the he {epps} has never been employed by the FBI....well hell that ends that right there. Good nite , Now back to our 24-7 job at the msm of being the arm of the Democratic party.....and further more just because Hillary and the dem party have been caught in a scandel far larger than Watergate ever had hopes of being does not mean either Hillary or the dem party was ever involved. Hence we will not ever be covering that either. Good nite, Dan rather reporting

If I wanted to, I could start a new thread here every day that featured the massive amount of  total bs on Fox every evening. This Ray Epps deal is just one of the more retarded conspiracy theories because of the facts that I just provided.

You will note that I didn't bring it up...........you did. I don't have time to bust the Fox propaganda every day for every show.

Yes, they do have SOME good stuff too.

The difference between me and all the other Fox viewers is that I can tell the difference between what's propaganda/conspiracy theory and what's the truth.

this is about the 'committee and how they handled a suspect....Will you reread the paraphrase and how they handled Epps v solitary confinement for others then compare and contrast that please. Again the committee said, "we asked Epps and he told us" ....hell of an investigation right there. This could be nothing or this could big gov at work again and you know it. Just where would the surprise be to find out this guy was a set-up after what big gov has drug this country thru lately?

I already read that mcfarm. There is ZERO evidence of this. You've convinced yourself to believe something because Fox told your brain to believe it. If there was 99% evidence against it and 1% for it but Fox told you the 1%, you believe it.

Now you want to twist it into this being a case of the committee not doing a thorough enough investigation of this guy  and that somehow meaning that Fox is right.

There is nothing for them to investigate with this guy mcfarm. There is nothing there except what Fox has made up but you won't believe anything that contradicts what Fox told you to think.

Why doesn't Fox have any legit evidence of what they say and nothing but speculation?

This guy had some secretive life as a Federal Agent that is being covered up. Right.........and he was dumb enough to get in front of cameras and say the things that he did before the riot.....which were not crimes by the way. He never went into the building.

Why are we even having this discussion mcfarm? I thought showing all the facts several times over would be enough?

Where did Ted Cruz get it from?

He watches Fox too. Trust me mcfarm, he watches Fox or has people that watch it for him that report what Fox said to him. Same thing with Trump and many politicians.

They have people that track all the news outlets.

These are his constituents and all the people that vote for him

That's all its about for him and others in politics. Fox is in it for the ratings and political agenda and they pretend to tell the truth.

Sometimes they tell they truth...........but only because sometimes their side is right.

When their side is wrong..........they blatantly lie and manufacture stuff like this because their programming always shows the right and far right to be correct on every issue, ever single time and the left wrong on every issue every time.

It's actually pretty insane that so much of the country from one party, many of them smart, convinced that what they and their party believe is always right and the other party is always wrong...........and just as many people, many of them smart too from the opposite party convinced that the first group is always wrong about everything and THEY are always right about everything.

But that defines our politics on most things in 2022.

People take every situation and just spin every fact  so that they are always right and the other side is always wrong.

Fox is in the business of creatively spinning everything.

Let's put it another way.

If the criminals in this case were democrats, Fox would have the complete opposite position based in the exact same facts.

Democrats would be much more forgiving and mostly republicans would be screaming bloody murder.

Similar to the 2020 riots.

Did criminals rioting in 2020 get away with stuff?    Yes. So what?

That doesn't give republican criminals the right to commit crimes.

Nor do the many Mueller crimes against Trump have anything to do with this.

Justice is applied independently based on the facts of each case.

The investigation committee is gathering those facts right now and they will spend ZERO time making any comparison or correlation to the 2020 riots or the Mueller investigation. This is what Fox spends massive amounts of time on to make the case that this is unfair for them to hold people accountable in this case and let other criminals go free.

The Mueller corruption was blatant and they should pay a price(but won't)........independently. The people that master minded it should really be held accountable.........but won't.

The 2020 rioters should have been prosecuted if they committed a crime. There were no real major master minds with those events.

With the Insurrection, we already know that Trump was THE main master mind(numerous people assisted him) with his actions for 2+ months before hand to try to overturn the authentic election results.

Unlike the secretive Mueller investigation where we never had a clue about how things happened WHEN they were happening.........we all got to witness, live in real time Trumps actions and words after the election, some of them continue today.

But we were not witness to some of the underhanded things that he did in secret.

That's what investigations are for.

Of course we absolutely do NOT know all of the details about it.

That's why we have this investigation.

about spit my coffee all over the computer when I read that headline MM.  I am fully aware this was used as a generic instead of "biden adm" or biden justice" so don't go off on an unnecessary tangent jumping me for that. Its just the way the headline read it makes it appear a fully functional young energetic logical man is in full charge, getting up and doing the peoples work with due diligence. And to think this same  man walked into a press event and greeted one of his advisors who was a Doctor Paper with "good morning Dr Pepper"
