For a long time, I have stayed out of the heated discussions about the 2020 election.
One side claims that the election was rigged, andthe other side claims that this was the “most secure election in history”.
These discussions have never led to anything, so I stayed silent.
What had caught my attention in 2020, more than all the various reports of election improprieties, were the instances of vote switching…. moments when suddenly large chunks of Trump votes were illegally switched to Biden.
I know a little bit about software coding, and it seems to me, a properly coded software should not include any kind of code that would allow such switching, be it intentionally or accidentally.
Unless I am misinformed, the software company that created this software somehow managed to prevent a forensic analysis of its code by an outside investigator.
Case closed.
Yet, unless I am misinformed, this particular issue has never been “debunked” or explained.
However today, I came across a rather shocking case, and I thought I should mention it here (since I got resistance when I previously wrote about vote switching) This case is not new...maybe some of you know about this already, but to me it was new. In case ilt's old news to you, I apologize
In 2018, Stacy Adams lost in the Georgia election. She then hired an Atty named Dara Lindenbaum to present her case in court.
Their claim was that the voting machines were insecure, switched votes, left no paper-trail and cannot be audited.

An outfit called the Data Integrity Group made an "after-the-vote" data analysis that showed evidence that some 432,000 votes were switched from Trump to Biden. No claims were made about fraud, or computer algorithms, etc… only pointing out that votes were subtracted from Trump.
Now wait a minute!! I was under the impression that all this nonsense had already been “debunked”.
Yet, this article caught my attention, because I myself had seen a replay of the CNN election day coverage, where quite suddenly some 20,000 votes were subtracted from Trump and the identical number of votes added to Biden. Many people saw it… a video was posted on youtube. Youtube then quickly removed this video, and when youtube removes a video, this means (in today’s PC language), the content of this video was “debunked”.
So, now, the same subject is suddenly reappearing.

I am sure, many elections experience minor irregularities. They are insignificant and quickly forgotten.
In 2000, a big fuzz was made about chads on computer punch-cards. The news media was busy reporting about this “irregularity” for quite a few days. The outcome of the election was at stake.
However, to the best of my knowledge, nothing like 2020 has ever happened. This time, it’s not one “irregularity”…. It’s a very large number of “irregularities”.
Dead people voting…. many voting districts counting more ballots than voters on record… employees in counting stations running Biden ballots through the machine multiple times…truck drivers carrying 100,000s of ballots across state lines… observers being prohibited from entering counting stations…computer “glitches” subtracting a block of votes from Trump and adding them to Biden…and more..
I saw several videos showing “observers” giving testimony under oath, stating that they were kicked out of counting stations, or watched employees committing voter fraud
I myself saw on CNN how a large block of votes was subtracted from Trump and added to Biden.
And yet….. all of these incidents are by themselves insignificant, as far as numbers are concerned… and so, a man, who could barely gather a few people for his campaign speeches, wound up being the winner, with an astonishing 79 mill. votes.
However, I can’t get it out of my mind…. If you accepted all these so called insignificant irregularities and added them up, the outcome in the end could be quite different.
Seeing such a multifaceted attack on the election process, like we have never seen before, I wondered…. was it coordinated by someone?
Who could have the power to execute such a multifaceted attack?
Our Deep State? Yes, quite possibly.
Russia? I don’t think so. They would probably do some “trolling” to influence the minds of the voters, but nothing of the scale of “irregularities” and fraud we have seen in 2020.
Iran? No. Same comment as about Russia.
China? Well.....
it’s no secret… their long-standing goal is to be the leading power on this planet. And they don’t go about it with brute force. They have established themselves on several continents without military activity. They are extremely clever. No doubt, the USA is standing in their way. And, as many of us suspect, they may have some control over the Biden family, and they do want Biden to take over.
A few centuries ago, the Chinese used a method of execution, called “death by a thousand cuts”. They would inflict minor cuts to the victim, none of them life-threatening. Yet, in the end, death was certain.
Isn’t this what we have seen this year in this election? “death by a thousand cuts”? Many minor “irregularities”, minor incidents of fraud, none of them significant… yet, in the end, Trump was taken down.

Among all those “irregularities”, the most prominent one, IMHO, is the Dominion voting machine. Software that is designed to add up incoming ballots should not be able to subtract blocks of data from one candidate and give it to the other. I saw one of these “glitches” myself on CNN. And this machine was used in 28 states!
Add to this the fact that the Democrats complained about the Dominion voting machines in 2018. According to them, it was too easy to hack them from the outside.
Other sources say that this machine was originally designed to commit election fraud in Venezuela
One Dominion employee was reported to have said something about “fixing” the machine so that Trump couldn’t win.
But then, all this is hearsay and doesn’t count in court.
Here is another story that just came out, which seems to be more than “hearsay”, but right in line with the other stories. I saw it first on RT.com, and later on infowars…
According to filings with our SEC, the Dominion company was given $400 million by a Swiss company, called UBS Securities, just one month before our election.
UBS Securities, formerly known as Bejing Securities, is owned 25% by the well-known Swiss UBS bank, and 75% is owned by 4 Chinese firms. And these firms are known to be fronts for the Chinese government
So, there you have it. As they always say, “follow the money”.... .China > UBS Securities > Dominion > “Trump must go”
Just something to think about....it won't change anything in the end

I have never been to QAnon or Epochtimes, but I gather from your comments that these are “right leaning” sites, which means, we cannot take them seriously.
After all, on those right-leaning sites are these crazy conspiracy theorists, who come up with all kinds of crazy nonsense.
Good thing, we have honorable sites like NYT, WaPo, MSNBC, etc. Sure, we know they are leaning a little bit to the “left”, but let’s not make a big thing about it.

That's what puzzles me....Irregulariies have happened on other elections before. However, I have never seen such an overwhelming multitude of "irregularities" as popped up in the 2020 election... and none of the individual "irregularities" amount to a change of outcome.... only if you added them all up...

so far, nobody has debunked what I saw with my own eyes on a replay of the CNN election day coverage. If I remember correctly, it was the state of PA. The exact number of votes subracted from Trump and added to Biden.
Unfortunately, I failed to download it. it was quickly removed.
So... since I can't provide the evidence, I must be a provider of "fake news". In my own mind though, I will never forget what I saw.

HI metmike, with all due respect…. I have never seen an election as problematic as this one.
People have questioned the validity of this election on multiple fronts, not just one irregularity
I am only an immigrant and I may not know all the rules about elections in the USA. However, to mention just one item…
When the rules require observers from both parties to be present when the votes are counted, and one party is prohibited from entering, I believe all the votes of this facility should be disregarded.
For me personally, as a software developer, I find the “vote switching” incidents the most disturbing issue. I know of 3 such incidents, but there are probably many more.
So far, I have seen no valid explanation of these so-called“computer glitches”. I have not seen them "refuted"
The only two explanations I can think of: a) the software is designed to manipulate, b) the software was hacked from the outside
The data shown in this Lindell video clip clearly points at option “ b) “
To me, the data presented in this video clip looks like authentic forensic analysis of cyberattacks.
I don’t particularly care about their graphic presentations, but it’s the data that counts. As the saying goes in Washington “follow the science”
I see no reason to call this video “BS”. To call it "BS", I would need to see proof that it is BS. Just because this analysis shows up so late, does not mean it’s invalid.

If I understand this story right...... some person, not very familiar with computers, tried to erase data before the data could be audited. This is clearly an attempt to hide something . If there was no fraud, there would be no reason to hide or erase anything. Erasing the data is election fraud all by itself. Recovering the data does not change the fact that somebody first erased the data... an act of fraud.
The question now is,.. who recovered the data?? Was it a person who would have an interest to let some of the recovered data disappear?

to answer your question... I have already accepted Biden's victory. At one time I had hopes that the "Kraken" would be released and make all our MSM, as well as the foreign dignitaries, look ridiculous for congratulating Biden.... but time is running out. If she had something real, it would be out by now.

However, you have just verified my comment above. The large majority of the links you quoted are from the year 2020, and the last one was from May 2021. Since then, I have not engaged in any of the many election debates of 2021 and 2022. Thank you for verifying my statement (even though your intention was to put me down).

However, if you'd read my origninal post again, you would see that there is no DISinfromation in the link provided, regardless of the internet source that provided this story .,.. it’s about a lawsuit… no more…. no less… very simple It’s a fact!
The reason why I even broke my long silence and mentioned this lawsuit, is because, in 2020, I have spoken of ‘vote switching’.. an issue that was, of course, vehemently denied.
Now, I see that a Dem. candidate also believes in vote switching… I considered this fact to be an interesting development for an old argument.
To refresh your memory…. In 2020, there was a video on youtube that showed CNN’s live-coverage of the election. At one point of this video, 19958 votes were subtracted from Trump and 19958 votes were simultaneously added to Biden. That’s the one I was writing about, a long time ago. The video is long gone, of course.
At that time, I had asked for anyone on this forum to come up with an explanation of this,.. even if the explanation was “the video was photo shopped”.But, as far as I know, there has been no explanation on this forum… only personal attacks
Today, rather than addressing the subject of today’s post, you display me as being the devil, and you being the angel. Wow
