There are dozens, if not hundreds of examples of just how broken this country is. The "Leaking" of the SCOTUS document is just one more example.
Mr Levine explains what I have been try t say for years, and he does it quite well. It's 20+ minutes I hope everyone will spend listening. The survival of this country depends on the fact that a majority of us understand just what he is saying.

Thanks Tim, I agree with much of what he said as stated in our ongoing discussion.
I note that he never mentions the attempt by Trump to overturn the legit election of 2020, the most anti Constitutional act in history by a president from his party or the Insurrection.
