I don't understand how Sussman was not guilty re: lying to FBI

I thought others paid a penalty if caught lying to FBI

Why is Sussman different

Hi Wayne. Number 1 there are 92% libs in DC with a lib judge. Libs do not like our constitution and do not take jury duty seriously obviously. They will lie, steal and cheat and gladly send this creep Sussman home to his mommy, and not lose a minutes sleep over this belligerent act. Yes we all know Sussman was guilty hell they had the billing records. What a shame, its not that much to ask to do the right thing. The trial did manage to get much good info that
Trump will use in the civil trial but again how do this jurors sleep?

The facts...........are the facts and they're all documented here, regardless of the political shenanigans going on:

In a major setback for Durham, jury acquits former Clinton lawyer

For years, Donald Trump has asked, “Where’s John Durham?” We can now answer the question: Durham’s in court, losing in humiliating fashion.

https://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/maddowblog/major-setback-durham-jury-acquits-former-clinton-lawyer-rcna31281

"The original investigation into Trump’s Russia scandal, led by former Special Counsel Robert Mueller, led to a series of striking findings: The former president’s political operation in 2016 sought, embraced, capitalized on, and lied about Russian assistance — and then took steps to obstruct the investigation into the foreign interference."

metmike: These people are in total denial/covering up what REALLY HAPPENED with this investigation. Just more evidence that sometimes, there is no justice in this world, despite the objective facts and evidence. It's not over yet!

I'm the last person that will defend Trump for anything he did wrong. The other side committed all the major crimes with this blatant Witch Hunt and it was obvious the entire time it was taking place. The reasons were crystal clear and well documented many dozens of times during the entire, pathetic 2.5 years here:

"losing in humiliating fashion"  that is simply not true and you know it MM. Durham had a slam dunk and presented the evidence all of which was true and convincing and plenty enough to convict. You have a crooked jury  and judge and this is what happens. How about Durham is no dumbass and knew exactly what was likely to happen but proceeded knowing that many of the facts would come out despite the judges best effort to hide them. Such as the idiot robbie mook fully admitting this went right to the top, right to the evil witch Hillary. And further all these facts can and will be used shortly. Sure Comey, Page, struck etc and all the rest think they are home free again but lets see what happens. Notice that the uppers at the FBI knew most everything that was presented but kept it from the agents who do the work and are not poilitical when they do. Just how do you think those honest agents are feeling and what will they do?

mcfarm, I didn't write the story. It's crystal clear obvious that my position is 180 degrees polar opposite of that.

Just another example of how badly broken this country has become.

Sussman was at least as guilty as any of those convicted of lying during the Trump years.

But I find it ironic that following the "aquittal", the left wing media started spouting the kind of rhetoric you would have expected around the Mueller investigation.

Yes, Tim.

The world is dominated much of the time by entities that control narratives using the powerful communication tools of technology and people seek out and want to cling to those narratives that line up with what they want to believe.

Even very smart people.

I try to be as independent/objective as possible and practice the scientific method(questioning yourself) but still have to constantly fight the instinctive human cognitive bias that unconsciously causes this.

This is the best time in human history by an extremely wide margin. However, there are elements of technology that are used AGAINST us or to TAKE ADVANTAGE of us that exist using some of the same technology.

Whether justice is served also depends on who did the crime, who is investigating, who is prosecuting and who is determining guilt.

Most people reading this will probably agree and interestingly, be able to site numerous examples OF THE OTHER SIDE DOING IT.

We can all recognize blatant bias..........in people that disagree with us.

Even if we recognize it in people that agree with us, which is rare, we would never debate with somebody that has the same point as we do because their reasoning is flawed.

They're on OUR SIDE, so flaws in thinking are ok because it's supports the right idea/agenda!

US VS THEM.
