odds of pubs taking both chambers of congress are coming down.
and i expect... if the stock market continues this current bounce, then that will help the party in the WH. (public mood seems to improve with the market).
Can't argue with the point that rising market (and economy) helps the incumbents.
Still, history says the midterms favor the GOP here. I expect both houses to flip their way.
