            US$ - Interest Rate Divergence

The interest rates going up has been in step with the US$ going up.  Recently the US$ has backed off a bit even as interest rates have ticked higher.  Small sample size but divergences often foretell underlying strength/weakness in a market.

Gold bucked interest rates today too (although weak US$ - gold relationship is in step)

BTW, I also accidentally put a dozen trading posts in the NTR forum every week and still can't remember to change the default NTR setting to trading forum much of the time.
