Delayed from Monday morning.... U.S. #wheat inspections were above expectations last week while #corn and #soybeans met them. However, note that soybeans were +18% YOY in the week before... now behind the year-ago pace. Need to watch this in weeks ahead w/ barge freight issues.

U.S. #soybeans have yet to hit their fall shipping stride.... question is, how much do the logistical issues on the river hold back these shipments, and for how long? The harvest is only slightly behind average pace, not enough to significantly contribute to shipping delays.

U.S. #corn export sales last week were the worst for the the week since 2012, #soybeans worst since 2011, #wheat worst since 2015. #Mexico, not #China, was the week's leading soybean buyer.
