so all this means is that ag products will be produced elsewhere,  and have to be shipped in to holland.  this will do nothing for climate, but does hurt the supply chain.  there will be fewer business providing employment, and paying taxes.  

the euro zone economies are very precarious, and on the edge of collapse.  they do not need more foolish policies that will hurt their gdp.
