It's not a matter of whether they will find criminal activity but instead, how bad will it be and how effective the Biden spinmasters are at damage control.
It likely that most of the republicans will believe all the bad stuff, and very few of the democrats will believe any of it.

1. Nothing will come of this.
2. There must have been a whistle blower out to get Biden that tipped the justice department off.
3. This makes it impossible to prosecute Trump.
4. Megan speculated that Biden could have been the one to report this to get Trump off the hook so that Trump will be the one he runs against. Pretty crazy theory because both Trump and Biden are unlikely to be running.
Biden is one of the worst presidents in history with disasterous policies on energy, the southern border, inflation, foreign policy(Afghanistan/Ukraine). What would he run on? He struggles with basic communication at times and looks/acts like a man at least 10 years older than his age.
If Trump got the nomination, then republicans deserve to lose for voting for the president that has done more damage to his party in history. More damage to the integrity of the office of president. More to increase political divisiveness and hatred. The president with a legacy of violating our Constitution and his oath, trying to overturn the most secure election in history with corruption and inspired people to commit an insurrection.
Almost every republican can beat Biden........except for Trump. Almost every democrat would do better than Biden(not Harris, partly because she's associated with Biden's awful record).
For the next several months we will waste a ton of time on this classified documents stuff and both sides will occasionally spout political nonsense to back their person and vilify the person from the other party, like this guy below.
Tonight, Hannity was trying to convince viewers that Hunter was in the same house where the classified documents were and had access to them and could have used them for his self serving purposes.
That's completely retarded and propaganda stating things that his viewers want to believe.
We can't really give Hunter much credit for being clever since he left his laptop at a computer store and forgot about it being there with massive evidence to incriminate him and his family.
Hannity suggests that if somebody was to use classified documents like the ones Joe had, they would just put them back where they were when done with them?
Like, "hey Dad, can I borrow these classified documents for a couple of weeks to take with me on a trip to China, then I'll put them back in the locked garage, next to the Corvette when I'm done"

You can tell when somebody being accused of crimes is guilty from 2 main things.
1. The strength of the evidence.
2. The response of the accused(their explanation for why they are innocent). If they're innocent, there's only 1 response/story from the get go and it doesn't change......the truth. If their story or tactics keep changing..........it means the truth from the get go would hurt them and they're just telling lies to cover up the truth. Once busted lying from the get go, their credibility is mud thereafter.

It's quite elementary, using this strategy from his new team of advisors. They just need to convince people that Hunter and Joe are the victims and that their rights are being violated. No matter how powerful or convincing the evidence is......if they think Joe and Hunter are the victims in these investigations, they will interpret the evidence as a continued violation of Joe and Hunter's rights.
This comes right out of brainwashing 101 as well as used by thousands of lawyers to get criminals off......including one of the most famous cases, OJ Simpson killing 2 people.
Mark Ferdman, the lead investigator said some racist things in his life that they proved. I believe that Mark Ferdman probably was a racist. They convinced several in the jury that Ferdman, the racist was out to get OJ. ....so those people completely ignored the overwhelming evidence that OJ killed 2 people, entirely because they saw OJ, the black man as a victim of racist cops who framed him. Their minds were unable to objectively see the powerful evidence because of the effective brainwash that DEFINED everything as being from racist, incompetent cops trying to get OJ.
With the Biden defense, it's different people, completely different dynamic/situation but exact same brainwashing technique to turn the criminal into the victim in the eyes of the observers of the facts/evidence.
