This post below has the link to 3+ dozens of threads with many hundreds of posts by me constantly debunking the numerous threads by posters here that were convinced the election was stolen. They got much of their hogwash from these same sources being sued by Dominion and of course their cult leader was/is Donald Trump.

Settlement reached in Dominion defamation lawsuit against Fox News

https://www.cnn.com/business/live-news/fox-news-dominion-trial-04-18-23/index.html

What we're covering

  • Fox News will pay more than $787 million to Dominion Voting Systems after the sides hammered out a last-minute settlement Tuesday in the explosive defamation case launched against the right-wing network.
  • Fox acknowledged the court's rulings finding "certain claims about Dominion to be false." However, the network will not have to acknowledge on air that it told election lies as part of the settlement, a representative for Dominion said.
  • By settling, influential Fox News executives and prominent on-air personalities will be spared from testifying about their 2020 election coverage, which was filled with lies about voter fraud.
  • Dominion still has pending lawsuitsagainst right-wing networks Newsmax and OAN, as well as against Trump allies Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Mike Lindell.

+++++++++++++

The other's in the remaining lawsuits are also going down hard. I don't follow Newsmax or OAN but for the others, Dominion has 10 times enough proof to win.

A missing aspect to these lawsuits, which seemed crystal clear winners from the get go for Domininion from somebody that spent hundreds of hours here reviewing what was stated and by whom......and debunking it, has always been.........WHY IS PRESIDENT TRUMP NOT INCLUDED? He was the worst of all of them and leader. Everybody else was basically all pushing Trump's assertions of the election steal to help him.

Dominion isn't messing around but has intentionally NOT included Trump in any lawsuits  for what must be a good reason. The experts below discuss some of the factors. The biggest one is that he was a sitting president and the standards are much, MUCH tougher than the rest. If that wasn't so for elected officials,  our lying politicians could be legally held accountable on a frequent basis(and maybe they would stop lying so much).

Surely Dominion attorneys have had discussions with the DOJ and Jan 6th committee.

It's very possible that those entities didn't want a lawsuit by Dominion against Trump to impact their investigation and  case against him .....which it could in a number of potential ways, so Dominion backed off.

BTW, joj Fox did NOT have to apologize as part of the settlement.

The expert attorney on CNN stated that he thought that Fox paid an extra 250 million in order to avoid having to apologize.

Other points were that the lawsuit progressed far enough so that everybody(that doesn't watch Fox) got to see all the emails and statements from people like Hannity and Tucker that clearly proved they thought it was bs but on the air, they presented a different position/opinion.

This goes back to what I keep saying. Sources like Fox are only telling people what they want to hear/believe for ratings or self serving interests.

This is the reason that Tucker is #1 in the ratings. He intentionally lies so that all the far right people will watch his show.  This was the quintessential proof of him doing that. He and Hannity just cost Fox almost 1 billion dollars using this strategy for ratings.

I have a cute nickname for him to make my wife laugh when his commercials come on Fox.

"The Retarded Charlatan"

Sorry, I can't help myself.  Better to have fun and be this way than to hate this diabolical, fake person making our country a MUCH WORSE place to enrich himself, targeting far right Rs(his victims)  and to please his idol, Donald Trump.

Just wait until Dominion gets a hold of him!
