I'm glad that you brought Sen. Kennedy up here. I enjoy watching him too.

He is the all time MASTER of asking "rhetorical" questions. Questions that are not really questions to get information because the asker already has the answer.

They are asked to the other person to just agree or look bad by not knowing or if they are on his side, agree with him. 

They are questions that are making points NOT looking for new information. 

There are several other politicians good at this but Kennedy is the best.
