Trump-Russia Isn't About the Cover-Up

In Watergate, it was the cover-up, not the crime. But in Russiagate, that stands to be turned on its head. We already know a lot—and we can be sure Mueller knows more.

Recall the Watergate cliché that the cover-up is worse than the crime. That may have been true then. While it was never established that President Nixon knew in advance about the break-in at the Watergate complex, he was forced to resign after proof emerged that he used the CIA to obstruct the FBI investigation.

The article claims we already know a lot.   What do we KNOW?  I mean,  besides what was over heard from unnamed high ranking officials? It also claims we have lots of evidence to support Obstruction of justice.  We do?   What is it?  If we had it,  wouldn't someone be charged?

As usual, the dem argument is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, yet signifying nothing.

The dems have nothing to offer, and while America prospers, with a platform based solely on hating everything Trump says, does and thinks will just not motivate the moderate (read crucial) voters.  Dems are doomed to continue to lose credibility and relevance as they continue to tilt at imaginary windmills.  But it's not really surprising since anyone who's been paying attention already knows they have no credibility or relevance.

and yet to mojo's surprise Hil knew and participated both in the crime and the cover up.  To only be topped by the fact that the comey and the fbi knew

first a disclosure: I am not a "Trumpster". There are a lot of things I don't like about our President.

Nevertheless, as a member of a group called "the People", I am getting more and more irritated with this circus that calls itself an investigation... the never-ending comments that they have something.

And even if they can prove that Trump committed "obstruction of justice".... so what????

We all just witnessed a Congressional Committee subpoena a VIP person's computer, and that person smashes the computer with a sledgehammer. This is HARDCORE obstruction of justice, and nothing was done about it, because of who this person is.

If this country lets the sledgehammer lady get away with this, and punishes Trump, I will have lost all faith in this country, a country that once prided itself for being a land of law and order, of fairness, and without corruption....

Fact remains..   With Trump,  there is no "there" there.  After 12-18 months of leftist screams,  there remains nada, nicht...

With Hillary,  there was more than mere "There" there..   But so what.  She's not president and likely never will be. More than likely..   She's a crook and a scoundrel and the worst example of what this country has to offer.

Once again,  so what?

The country is on the right track.  In spite of the shrill and meaningless screams, Trump is gaining approval.

I'd enjoy watching Hillary frog marched off to Leavenworth,  but whether or not that happens matters naught beyond venues like Entertainment Tonight.

What does matter is that the shrill screams from the left are falling more and more on deaf ears as more and more people get jobs and buy houses and enjoy prosperity.  As they experience this, and hear the baseless nonsense regurgitated by the committed (and many should be ) left, the socialist agenda losses more and more traction.

And that, more than anything, is what will save this country.
